I reside in WV also going to try my luck at a stream back in glady WV,I got a 10" by 48" vortex dream mat a complete beast for sure takes serious water to run it ,also have smaller ones in case the water is low.
Looks like its got potential, and think you should call it adventure creek !! 👌 or coal creek !! 👍 and its not the size or quantity, its about getting out there where you have never been and try these places out,!! If you dnt look , you won't find ! Good luck in West Virginia !!!

There was a lot of May Apple in the woods beside the creek and probably ginseng in there also but looking for gold is more interesting in my opinion

I know a couple nice creeks bout an hour or so south of ya. If ya ever get up this way check piney creek, meadow, and glade
