But thanks to your workout videos, my clothes is fitting a lot better and i have been feeling more comfortable. The bad thing is that i work out in the night because i am so busy with my job during the day, but i do sleep like a baby. I am so happy that i found you, you do an amazing job, my daughter loves your workout as well

Thanks so much for such informative diet plan.I am 44 , my height is 150cm and weight is 58kgs. I am doing regular exercises since last 2 years , although there is visible inch loss but there is no weight loss! My stamina has increased , so is my flexibility but I am unable to lose any weight. Why I am writing such a long post is that I brunch at 11:30 and then have dinner at around 9 pm , in between there is a coffee and a cup of tea. My day starts with a cup of tea as well.
You just confirmed everything that works against your weight loss :))))
