DIVORCE is for people who need it - people who have been emotionally, physically, and mentally abused; people, like any of us, who long to be loved and who want to be in healthy relationships; people who want to have a new beginning. The right to divorce a man/woman is the right to be free from a toxic relationship; the right to live peacefully, not having to worry about how you can survive being/living with a psychopath/narcissist/sociopath; the right to live without the fear of physical abuse, scared for your life. And the right to live a peaceful life should be for everyone.

Ibasura ang annulment wala naman kwenta ang annulment pasakit at pahirap lng. Palitan ng Divorce ito ay simple at affordable.
In the bible infidelity is the main reason why God allows divorce but in annulment it is not the reason...kahit ilang ulit ka pang lokohin ng spouse mo hindi yan grounds sa annulment...Pero sa bible iyan ang unang grounds...Bakit hindi iyan grounds ng annulment? At bakit may annulment tayo pero walang divorce? Kung sino ang may kailangan ng divorce mag file...kung hindi naman need ng mag asawa bakit mag file eh masaya kayo. Tama lang na bigyan ng option at second chance ang mga mag asawang lalo pat matagal ng magkahiwalay halimbawa na 10 years ng hiwalay. oh maawa na kayo hindi yan maka move on. Simple lang naman eh Need it..avail it..dont need it then don't avail it.

My friend spent nearly 500,000 peso to get an annulment, and it was denied, ridiculous.
Sad, this annulment business is devil..go for divorce law easy for decade separated,everybody have freedom to choose so why are many empty and hypocrites.
hanggat may naniniwala sa annullment magpapatuloy ang lokohan na yan. Wala dapat magpaloko sa annullment na yan dhil napakalabo na maapprove dyan. Unless anak ng pulitiko or artista or pulitiko sure yan na maapprove pero kung simpleng civilian ka lang malabo na maapprove ang annullment. Kasi ang mga grounds na nakapaloob dyan hindi naman yun ang kailangan kadalasan ng mga biktima at yung malala na kalagayan ng biktima yun ang wala sa annullment so very impossible talaga na maapprove ang annullment. Yung homosexuality hindi grounds for annullment. Kung wala ng family ang isang tao paano siya magkakaroon ng anak para magsimula ng bagong pamilya kung hindi siya ginagalaw ng asawa niya. So doon pa lang agrabyado na ang biktima pero sa annullment hindi ground ang homosexuality for annullment. Parang isang preso ang biktima na nakakulong walang life na matatawag.

Many Filipinos are hypocrites when it comes to the divorce issue. Let people who need it have it. And the people who do not need it must not decide for others. We have different needs. Let us recognize and respect the rights and the needs of others.

Philippines. Philippine law does not provide for divorce inside the country, and it remains the only UN-member state beside Vatican City without legal provision for divorce. The only exception is with respect to Muslims, who are allowed to divorce in certain circumstances according to their religion.......double standard

AnG annulment ay batas ng tao para kumita.. pero ang Divorce ay batas ng Diyos kahit sa bible mababasa ito both sa new at old testament pero iniiba lang ng mga pastor at pare....
divorce should be legal but only be allowed if one is physically, emotionally or mentally abusive to the spouse. divorce should not be allowed because of "unhappiness" or "irreconcilable differences" because it is prone to abuse like in western countries.

God's love never change including his words of wisdom. It is in the bible verse about marriage . To marry is gamble and may be dangerous because you do not know if you will stick together in sickness or in health and in poorer or richness. It is not a fairy tale . People change after several yrs due to influence of peer group or a third party.
