How much ram does it require? Is it 2GB like campfire?

The website says: "A web server connected to the internet. This could be your own hardware or something hosted in the cloud like AWS, DigitalOcean, etc. All you need is 2GB RAM/1CPU."

You could probably get away with less especially if there's only a few users using it at once. If I had to guess 1GB or even 512MB would likely work fine.
They probably pad things on the upper end when making their RAM recommendations to make sure users get a fast experience in worst case scenarios.
