That’s got to be one of the cutest babies I’ve seen. I cannot believe a doctor would say that to you, he should not be a doctor with that attitude. One thing I’ve noticed about babies with down syndrome is they are always smiling and happy. When I was working at a beauty shop many years ago, a client always brought her daughter with down syndrome with her. That child was so happy and loving and forever child like and that made her very special! Happiest and sweetest girl I’ve ever known and she made everyone smile! Your baby is beautiful and will make others happy! ❤
My mother once told me this about children born with special needs…she said, “ They are the jewels in God’s crown”. She was correct. I worked with both children and adults with disabilities and they gave far more to me than I ever gave to them❤. God bless them all😊

Beautiful baby. My roommate loved her down syndrome sister so much she made it her career to work with the disabled. She said her sister was the sweetest person she knew. I worked briefly with the disabled and was amazed at their love and sensitivity.

Beautiful sweet baby with a happy face. My friend has a DS daughter who is nearly 40:years old. She has worked for the YMCA, Goodwill, and Board of Education, and has done very well in the Special Olympics, swimming backstroke and crawl (but coordination issues means she cannot run). DS is a very misunderstood handicap.

Baby is beautiful. My sister was born with DS. Unfortunately she had heart problems and at the time there was no knowledge on how to correct it. My mother was told to give her up and let her die. Thank God she did not. She died when I was 17. She was wonderful and smart and brought us joy. Love that baby and you will get more love back.

My friend had a Down syndrome baby. She was special from the beginning, happy playful funny and as she got older kept her siblings in check. she could bring peace and harmony to any squabbling that broke out between them. I lost touch over the years she must be around 30ish now and I often think of her and smile at the happy memories I have of her 😊
My big brother was born with Down Syndrome in Melbourne Australia in 1958. Mum was 21 and dad was 23 and he was their first child. He was 2 years older than me and absolutely beautiful, loved hugs, kissed us a lot, just a darling and much loved child. My brother Davy sadly died in 1968 just before his 10th and my 8th birthdays but I remember him so well, such a loving little man ❤. We found out much later that it’s hereditary and I am a 15/21 translocation chromosome carrier as is another sister but my baby sister is not. Her son and my son are fine but may be carriers, no grandchildren. They are always stunning looking babies and they melt my heart.

I know a young woman w/ d.s. who grad HS and went on to Jr. college, she always keeps her nice figure, loves clothes shopping, going out for pizza with friends, to the movies, camping with her family, and of course CHURCH.

I'm from It 0:02 aly, age 58... I'm a mum of six, two girls and 4 boys and grandmother of two toddlers .....a third grandson is coming next August!!!
