Omg!! Thank you.❤ This one was around $12ish. Which was an amazing price for the size. How much are they in Asia?

Though I'm not vegan I'm vegetarian and i often get lil sad when people eat healthy meals containing meat or eggs(or fish) so i wonder what would be good for a workout snack . I found your channel a month ago and Just wanted to thank you so much

Awee thank you!!❤ For me I don't like to eat too much before a workout. I usually stick to my top 3 snacks.
1.) Banana with Peanut Butter (If you have a nut allergy, you can check out Granola Butter by Oat Haus)
2.) Hummus with carrots. Sometimes I add crackers shhh...
3.) Small smoothie. (Im not a fan in protein powders so I find a high protein plant based milk, add some nuts (or alternative), fruits, cinnamon, ginger.)

Trying to stay away from a lot of faux frozen foods, but love grilling up some tofu or chickpeas. You can make it look super delicious and colorful when adding in some grains, veggies and fats.
      This is my favorite:
Base: Couscous or quinoa with greens
Toppings: Cucumbers, shredded carrots, Tomatoes, Jicama
Protein: Tofu, Chickpeas, sometimes some of the faux meat if i crave it
      Fats: Avocado or Hummus
Dressings: i dont really do them since theres already so much flavor in the other foods, but I do a lemon squeeze with crushed black pepper.
