I tried messing with free form in inventor a while ago and it was really strange to use. Do you personally ever use free form? It is hard to think of applications for that, it does allow for more "organic" structures though. That is interesting though.

hey neil, i have a challenge. would you have an idea on how you can model something like nautilus gears? i've seen someone printing it with their 3D printer but i was wondering how you could actually model those things in inventor. btw you make awesome videos man, since i've been watching your tutorials i went from inventor noob to actually knowing what i'm doing 😜 peace out ✌
