How to make a meat paella?
With this step-by-step recipe you will get a meat and mushroom rice that will transport you to the forest or the mountains. We added his bacon, his sausages and his ribs.
This rice is very versatile, you can add any mushrooms you want and if you want to give it a more subtle touch you can replace the bacon with well-cut boneless cheeks, that will give it a bit of sweetness.

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE A RICE WITH MEAT AND MUSHROOMS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
2 onions
½ green pepper
1 tomato
2 garlic cloves
20g of ñoras meat
25g of dried mushroom mix
400g Bomba rice
1L of Chicken broth (plus about 300ml approx. for the stir-fry)
250mL of water
500g of pork rib
4 sausages
2 strips of bacon
A little thyme and rosemary
A pinch of paprika from La Vera
Oil, Salt and Black Pepper
