Great review. I own a 2012 TigerXC and have over 6,000 miles on it. It is an awesome bike. Correction to what was said in the review, the bike produces 650 watts not 550. I advise not using Triumphs luggage system, its not very robust.
Excellent review👍...I love the XC but will probably go with the XR "Roadie" cause I'm short on inseam. The newer version addresses the more technical display along with traction control, rider modes cruise control as you climb up the model line. Personally I prefer the older generations like this one.
... very nice ... however, those bike meant for the long distances cross country, long days & many days in the saddle, have been looking, but haven't seen reviews on those when they are fully loaded .... all reviews whether the XC or the standard are focusing on a short Fwy's excursions, or challenging hard core terrain ..... not even one vid of Tiger making it's way to Prudhoe Bay, challenging the F800GS or the GSA ....
I've owned my xc for a year now and it still impresses me everytime I ride it. After 26 years of riding its possibly the most fun bike i've ever had.
This guy is really good at doing reviews. Bucket loads of info. Keep it up.
The third time I watched this I figured out that what sounded like 'Joe Pappas Bike' was in fact 'dual purpose bike'. :D thanks for the review!
