Silly trying to protect your clocks. The chances you'd get a 2nd set stolen are extremely remote. The guy who stole them probably wanted them for himself.
Great review. Thanks. I’ve had my Explorer from new in 2015 and it does everything I want it to. My wife is always on the back and it performed as though she’s not there. Fantastic bike. No reason to upgrade. I’ll keep it until it dies. Love it love it. Buy British. Support our Heritage.
I bought in 2013 Launch Edition Explorer and never looked back. Throughout the years, she has given me nothing buy great moments tbh. I never thought I was going to keep her for such a long time but for me, she is like a great wine! She gets better and better every year. Last year I upgraded her with top of the line Touratech Extreme suspensions (front and rear). This suspension changed the bike's behaviour dramatically (for the better). Now, I wouldn't change or sell the bike. Trust me, the new bikes (whatever they are), aren't any better than this one and are 10, 15 or even 20000 euros more expensive than this one. Happy owner got many years to come.
Great video. I have a 2014 Explorer XC and covered 70k at present and have had exactly the same issues. I had the same issue with the wiring loom but a Triumph dealer by-passed the burnt out wires and all good for £200. I’ve had to use Hammerite in places to keep it looking good but what a great bike!!
Great review of this bike which i am thinking of getting. Thanks for taking my last doubts away and even better to see all those other supportive comments as well :)
I got myself a 2012 Launch Edition a couple of days ago. My second bike. Having come from a Honda XL700 Transalp, they are worlds apart. Love it. Effortless run home for the 120 miles. Thanks for the upload
I've about 48K miles on my '13 Explorer. I'm about 5'7" with a 27" inseam - so it seems to fit a wide range of sizes. 😁 I've fitted the low seat, Jesse luggage, SW-Motech bars and skid pan and Clearwater Erica lights. Also a Madstad windshield and side wings. The only issues that I've had are a throttle body that came loose at about 10K miles and fork seals failed at around 40K. Oh yeah - the center powerlet socket was flaky (replaced from my bits collection). I'm getting older (78 in about a week) and so bought a Guzzi V85TT to replace the tiger in 2020. Well... that hasn't happened. Need to sell the Guzzi.
Great to hear your praise for your bike, I’m only 3 years and 12’000 miles into Explorer ownership. I’ve been on camping trips to Wales and Scotland. Now I’m looking forward to more touring next year. I’ve added the MRA spoiler to the touring screen to reduce wind noise. Great bike and I’ll be definitely be keeping it for a bit longer.
Thanks for the informative overview much appreciated. I’m picking up a mint 1 owner 2013 model next week with just 17k on it. Very much looking forward too it 👍
Hello Hans, I ended up paying £6500 with a new screen and service thrown into the deal. A lot of bike and I’m very pleased with it. Seems to have been well maintained so I shouldn’t need to spend on it until next year - hopefully 😊
I just bought a 2012, with 18k mi on, getting off a GS onto this, it's absolutely amazing, I've been enjoying this bike so much, your video helped the purchase
I brought a Blue Gen 1 in 2015, a demonstrator with 4000km. Sold it 2019 with 140,000km. Only issues, two clutch slave cylinders. Always regularly maintained. Then brought a White 2018 XRX 1200 from a friend ( who went to BMW) with 21000km. Now have 87000km, only issue, another clutch slave cylinder! Look after them and you will be most happy !!
Great review fella. I'm going to see a 2012 tomorrow and hopefully get a test ride. You have helped me to decide that if it rides good and fits well I'll bag it. Got a 1999 CBR900RR FireBlade as well for the dry blasts but wanted an extra bike to do some touring and ride in all weathers. Thanks!
I had the same model, I traded my 955 Tiger for it, and was amazed just how good it was compared to the old one (although there was nothing wrong with the 955). I did over 65,000kms on it over 4 years, with no mechanical problems whatever, although the fairing mount is a bit flimsy if the bike falls over. I had the comfort seat fitted, and added spotlights, an air horn (I live in Australia, the wildlife gets hectic at times), I also fitted adjustable handlebars, as I’m 6’3” also, and thought the handlebars were a bit low and a bit too close, I also had the panniers, top box and tank bag, which gave my wife and myself enough luggage space for a week or more away….I eventually traded it on a 2016 Tiger Explorer, and will admit that it was a better bike in every way, the brakes were better, the cruise control worked just a bit better, and the electronic suspension is a lot better, plus the electrically adjustable screen is a huge improvement, zero buffeting when at it’s highest setting. So if you want an Explorer, I do suggest getting the second generation model, and see just how good a bike can be….
i saw this bike when it first came out in 2012, and fell in love with it at first sight. I took a picture of it, but at the time i didn't have a bike licence and wasn't looking to get one either, so soon forgot about seeing the bike. roll on to 2016 and my mates had pestered me into getting my full licence. during my training i went to a large dealership to have a look at types of bikes that would suit me. im 6'4" so needed something that i was going to be comfortable on. Walking up the stairs to the second floor of bikes, the front of the Explorer greeted me. I fell in love with it all over again, totally not realising i had fallen in love with it once before! After a quick sit upon one, i hastily made the financial arrangements and made the purchase. i still had a while to go till i completed my licence, so the bike sat in my garage. i would sit in there just looking at it, not really believing i had such a beautiful bike. on the day of my test i got the bike to the training centre, so i could ride it as soon as i passed. The instructors thought i was mad getting a 1200cc as my first bike. i passed my tests with flying colours, and now i get out on it whenever i can. its perfect for camping, and i have been all over the UK and parts of France. longer trips are in the works. It was only the other day that Facebook did a picture reminder thing that they do, the photo i took back in 2012 appeared reminding me of when i first fell in love with it! falling in love with the same bike twice means it was meant to be. i will never sell the bike and have spent thousands to ensure it is in peak condition. It is my first bike, and i really hope after years of exhilarating touring, it will be my last.
It’s an amazing bike, you made a great choice, i will most likely get another in the future, a gen 2 though, not a huge fan of the latest one. Thanks for you comment.
Brilliant review im looking at a 2014 plate explorer ive wonted an adventure bike for ages now id love a bmw gs but they are silly prices ....i currently ride a yamaha fjr1300 time for a change now
Thanks very much for this review pal. I was on the fence between a Tiger 1050, this and a Versys 1000. You’ve just confirmed the Explorer is the bike for me being 6’2 and over 300lbs.
I have a 2013 tiger explorer 1200 since it was brand new and I’m also a bigger dude. It’s never given me any problem and I don’t plan on ever letting her go. I hope you enjoy yours.
Hey man, I've got the second generation TEX (owned from new in 2017). I absolutely adore it, I haven't ever kept a bike for this long and I couldn't imagine selling her now. Super reliable, no problems whatsoever. Can't help but think upgrading would only get me a colour display and more complications 🤣
Nice, to be honest if i was ever to get a explorer again id go for the 2nd gen, im not a fan of the latest ones, in terms of looks. They did a “desert edition” which i love.
@@billy4rocks I've just started adding more bikes around it. Also own a 2003 Daytona 600 and about to buy a 2018 Himalayan for some off road adventures. No matter what the TEX will stay though. Too versatile for touring, two up adventures and warm winter riding with the heated seats! The newer Tiger 1200s feel much smaller, plus they modified the engine which took away the mid-range growl you get on heavy accelerating. That's a bit too addictive.
Nice and insightful review 👌 after riding my Tiger 955i for 65dkm, it braking my foot twice and giving me grief with electrical gremlins i’ve bought my dream bike the 2012 Explorer. Now after 3 years and over 50dkm, total on the clock is 92dkm, the bike is been very reliable! Only had to change the head. Amazingly enough even way past the warranty my dealer managed to source a new head from the factory and I had to pay him only few extra hours over the ridiculous book time he got for the job from Triumph. Other than that no problems. Love the bike to bits it took my all over Europe all the way to Morroco never missed a beat. Is even quite capable off road but only in competent hands, sins am just learning this is not the bike to do it on. There are few negatives though, the brakes are just bad for such bike and the factory suspension is a joke. I had Hyperpro completely redo the forks and new shock now the bike rides like a train! I cant tell how many times i’ve accidentally pulled on the throttle while activating the cruise control 🙈 and the button for the hazards is really in a stupid place too. But that’s about it 😎 Now time came to let the bike go, it is just too heavy and between my bad back and my wife having here own bike now is no point keeping such beast. I am going lighter.
Thanks for long term follow up. I bought a 2013 XC with 9k on it from dealer in Wyoming and waiting for delivery today to San Diego. I have 2 Aprilia's, one Honda, and this will be first British motorcycle.
No worries Bill, ahh your gonna love it, I’ll never forget my time over there on the Explorer, every state we went through we was greeted with warmth and kindness, i miss it. Enjoy your bikes.
@@professorvoluck9311 If you are going to load it down with all 3 boxes, and/or passenger, I would go with the 1200. It is ok for fire roads. And the 1200 has shaft drive if you are not into lubing/adjusting a chain. Loaded the weight difference doesn't matter much.
Thank your for the informative video. I actually one a VFR identical to your mates but I'm getting on and the riding position for me is a little too sporty. beautiful machines though. thank you again for the video. currently looking at 2012 explorer in my local showroom and you've helped me a great deal.
My Tiger had after 35K km or 9years driveshaft sealing oil leak (after putting new oil in you have to heat up the oil) and 2nd & 3rd gear problem (all 3 side docks were worn out- new gear has 6 of them) and cooling water came out because the radiator cap did not seal perfect..
I have owned 2 love them !! This most recent one is on a 14 plate and has done 46000 miles. I have decided to keep this one as long as I can I dont see the point of getting a new one with all the added expense etc I love riding this one everytime I go out is an adventure only issue I have had is the front fork seals 🦭 at about 14000 miles which cost £120 to get fixed , ridden it all around Europe and Norway etc , love it ,I do fancy the new one though but at 19 k the wife will have to fall down the stairs 😳
Yeah i hear ya, 19k is silly money, same issue for me with the fork seals, all in all though, cant really fault it, and like i said in the vid I’ve owned it way longer than any bike before.
great review.i have a 2018 i bough with 0 miles. since then i put 22k miles. no issues at all. just brakes and tires. it just feels and looks like new. i think it has alot more miles to show. keep up with your reviews.rhanks
Very good review Billy. I bought a 2013 for 800 bucks, it was in a wreck, just damaged front plastics, tank & windshield. Has 17 thousand miles on it. I'm buying the parts to fix it as I go, if I can stop myself from buying other needy bikes!😝 I have nine now waiting to pickup another one I traded for tommorow. If you come back to the States let me know, and I'll catch you somewhere.
Cheers Neal, much appreciated. 9 bikes, the paper work alone would be a full time job for me, 😂. The States are always calling me, i miss that place. Alot.
Im 5ft7 im interested in these bikes i had trail ride and loved it did not know about seat ajustments as i tip toed, i like higher bikes as feel more better to me, whats your thoughts? Cheers
I think 5’7 should be ok, might be tip toeing it alot, but if you’re comfortable doing that then great, you’ll love it. I believe Triumph also do a low cut seat, and I imagine you could lower the bike as whole as well.
I had one five yrs second hand , only done 4300 klm 2014 , $14500 ,like you explained , it’s an easy bike to live with and like you over sixty , comfortable is number one , speed second 😂😂, living in Perth WA is biking heaven , lots of group rides all week end Like you being 6ft 3 I change the screen ,not clear but tinted , Triumph wanted $700 for a replacement clear larger screen ,I got one made for $160 ,(medium tint )talk about over price parts .
Good revue can`t get better than that more people need to see it. Triumph should use this as it shows their product has reliable longevity. You deserve more subscribers and views. Have you vids of your tour?
Who did you use to ship your bike to the USA, I’m trying to decide if I ship my bike to Scotland for my trip in August or to rent. I bought the the 2023 Tiger gt pro and I just love it. I’m shipping from Canada.
Great review. I've had mine for 2 years and love it. Don't think I'd ever want to sell it. I went the other way with the screen though, went for the sports screen.
Cheers, much appreciated. I remember reading somewhere that a taller screen doesn’t necessarily mean less buffering, so i might give a smaller screen a try.
I got the givi airflow for mine. It vents air low down to reduce buffeting. Its possible to lower the screen without tools or just remove it completely for a sportier look.
Is it still still good to buy a 2013 model un 2023 -2024? I heard something wrong with the quality of the engine and some units have been recalled, and traded. I like this bike but just worried that i might get some problems with it
Just subscribed to your channel love this as I'm on a dero 1000 use it everyday now has 45000miles and love it but want a drive shaft so really looking at one of these second hand but I'm only 5ft 7 but going to test ride one now.loved your video it really helped, cheers dude
@@billy4rocks great :) unfortunately I'm from Poland and our accessories offer is probably poorer;) at least online, but not many salons, Moto is great for me!
That’s awesome I’ve been looking around for a new bike or new to me and a friend from NZ recommended these too me. I’m the same height as you so that is what I wanted to know. Did you make it down to Florida? Very comprehensive review.
Hey Anthony, thank you very much. No I’m afraid we didn’t, got as far South as Virginia and then headed West from there…. I’ll be back though…. Probably on the same bike! 😂
@billy4rocks indeed. But it requires more upkeep to. I'm currently looking at a late 2013 gs and a 2017 tiger 1200. Both very low miles. In fact the gs has 7,000 miles and the triumph has 9,700 miles. Trying to make up my mind because they are both great bikes
Nice video, I've had mine for 4 years and love it. I've got the same problem with the cracked exhaust headers, seems a common fault with the earlier models. Did triumph replace these for free or did you need to buy new headers?
Yeah, great trip that was, Baltimore to Long Beach, with a bit of route 66 thrown in for good measure. Cheers, got the txt, that is good to know, thanks for the heads up. ✊
@@billy4rocks Mine is at 39K and it had quite a few big things done to it. It has a full clean service history and always will maintained and taken care of by myself and two previous owners. I had to change the cam chain, chain tensioner, differential and rear shock and now the front shock bushings. It's quite strange how we got very different experiences of the bikes regarding that perspective. It's a 2013 model. But it is a very good bike besides being expensive on repairs.
HI Have just got a explorer , did you have any issues with the heat from the engine on your legs and crotch area? if so did you try and combat it at all? thanks
@@JCBigCat yeah, it was getting quite troublesome in the end, the stanchions needed replacing, the electrics started playing up again, and the whole thing with the stolen clocks and the m.o.t’s being out of sync, i just threw in the towel. Got a decent part ex on a GS.
Billy guess what....bloody dipped lights packed in 😭 checked the fuses, relays, bulbs and no joy. I still have park/side light and high beam working fine just no dipped. Any suggestions as you've been through this...£1000 to triumph is to much ££ at the moment. Was your problem in the loom or the switch gear?
ahhhh cock it, yeah i went through that mate, exactly the same, the loom was replaced as a wire had shorted out somewhere along the line. Wouldent hurt to check the switch gear just to make sure all the contacts are clean. Hopefully for the sake of your wallet, that should fix it.
@@billy4rocks Hi Billy, turned out my switch gear was ok, the fault was on one of the connectors under the tank hidden in there. One of the pins had melted the plastic and burned out. It cost £367 which was just labour. I wonder what next 🤦
Those little fog lights? Yeah there pretty good, just adds another beam either side to light up what is more directly to the left and right off you, perfect for country lanes that kinda thing.
@@billy4rocks they are asking 5500 plus tax title license for it and it has 56k miles. I am hesistant on that price. Offered 3500 otd to begin negotiations :)
You make me want this bike even more. 😀 Exept from the cruise control and shaftdrive, the 1200 and 800 isnt that different i feel. Lovely bike with a gem of an engien. Im drooeling over the desert editon thats out now, but as you say, its all about the money. 💸🍻. I do have a smal video of it on mu channel. Do you sell B4R stickers?

Been a while since i had the bike, but i dont recall there ever being an issue with excessive heat, and to honest, in the climate im in, it’d be welcome.
10 years 30k miles...... Age is going to kill that before anything else. I've got 10 k and 8 months on my tracer. 😭 I'm interested in triumph but high mile bike reviews are hard to find
Its done 30 miles per day since this vid was done, as im commuting on it on a daily basis. Still no issues though, other than the tires getting mangled with all the crap in the bus lanes.
Good interest view of the Explorer I had one it would have ta be lowered in some way and I am not sure if that wouldn't look a bit odd . But I am a fan of the Triumphs I think they make an excellent range I am not into electronic gismo's in any way so this would not bother me to have an older one for sure thanks good watch : D
How many miles or km does it have? interested in buying it but it has 120.000km or 75.000 miles ?. and I am going to put 50.000km or 30.000 miles on it? Sorry for the comment I watched the video you said 36k miles.
@@radwanawwad98 yeah im afraid so, there not securely fastened at all, if i recall its one small bolt, and two plastic snap in plugs. Pretty shit really.
I was really hoping for more than 36K miles in 10 years. That's really not much. I put 37K miles on my Gold Wing in 15 months. I'd really like to know how the Explorer holds up after 100,000 miles, but it's starting to seem like no Explorer owner ever goes that far.
Silly trying to protect your clocks. The chances you'd get a 2nd set stolen are extremely remote. The guy who stole them probably wanted them for himself.
Even less remote now that I’ve made them more secure. I cant afford not to be silly.

But that’s about it 😎
Now time came to let the bike go, it is just too heavy and between my bad back and my wife having here own bike now is no point keeping such beast. I am going lighter.
Thanks very much. Its still going strong 💪
I’m not sure whether to get the 800 or the bigger one. I’m coming from the sportbike world so the lighter bike intrigues me.
Thanks Bill. There is a 130lbs weight difference. Seems like a lot.
Thanks for the video. It's very helpful for someone looking for a lower tech (and lower $$) proven traveller. Great review!
Yes my friend, no problem. Glad you enjoyed it.
Great video... I'm looking for a £5k bike and the Explorer ticks all my boxes!
Hope you get another 10 years worth of fun and experiences from it 😍
Thanks for all the informations. An awesome bike. Drive safe.
No worries Paul, cheers.
Thank you so uch for your review. Looking to buy 2014 Tiger 1200. Already find one that I need to look at it. Looking forward to great time and rides!
Yeah dude, no problem. You are gonna love it, happy riding. ✊
Hi Billy what screen have you got on your bike I'm looking for a tall one for my Triumph EXP
Hello Martin, its Triumphs own “touring” screen, not sure if they still make them for this particular model though.
Thank your for the informative video. I actually one a VFR identical to your mates but I'm getting on and the riding position for me is a little too sporty. beautiful machines though. thank you again for the video. currently looking at 2012 explorer in my local showroom and you've helped me a great deal.
No worries, glad it helped. ✊
I'm sure it's in a comment somewhere, but what is the puncture repair kit with the compressor too?
Thanks.
Its called the “Stop & Go tubeless repair kit”.
@@billy4rocks Perfect thanks!
Cheers Oscar. ✊🙌
Alot.
Thanks mate really helpful hints as a just bought one and it's hard to find good info on older models. Can I ask where you got your din port USB from?
No worries, its just an amazon cheapo special, it broke a few months back, so im looking for another one.
Thanks for that. I just bought my 2016 1200 explorer
Yeah dude! Enjoy. 🙏
I had one five yrs second hand , only done 4300 klm 2014 , $14500 ,like you explained , it’s an easy bike to live with and like you over sixty , comfortable is number one , speed second 😂😂, living in Perth WA is biking heaven , lots of group rides all week end
Like you being 6ft 3 I change the screen ,not clear but tinted , Triumph wanted $700 for a replacement clear larger screen ,I got one made for $160 ,(medium tint )talk about over price parts .
Good revue can`t get better than that more people need to see it. Triumph should use this as it shows their product has reliable longevity. You deserve more subscribers and views. Have you vids of your tour?
Thankyou Eric, that is very kind. I have indeed, its called "big Trip". Cheers.
Who did you use to ship your bike to the USA, I’m trying to decide if I ship my bike to Scotland for my trip in August or to rent. I bought the the 2023 Tiger gt pro and I just love it. I’m shipping from Canada.
We shipped via a company called Orange & Black. They were very good.
I'm looking at a 2017 1200 explorer XRX. Can't wait
Niiiice. You’ll love it.
Hi Billy, can I ask what the hook like things are on either side behind the rear foot rest? Something to do with the panniers perhaps?
Regards Rob 👍
Hello Rob, yeah exactly, the underneath of the panniers sit in there, just to keep them in place.
Brilliant! I wonder how I must have missed it but how many miles do you have on the bike?
Cheers, I don’t actually own it anymore but i think at that point i had around 33k on it.
Thanks for the review Billy, I’m looking at the Tiger 850...I have a 2007 Speed Triple 1050, but I can’t part with that !
No problem, i dont blame you, the tiger is a beauty, nice contrast to the Speed triple.
I like this bike but just worried that i might get some problems with it
Any official issues should of been sorted, which is something you can always check, get one that’s been looked after and you’ll be fine.
Just subscribed to your channel love this as I'm on a dero 1000 use it everyday now has 45000miles and love it but want a drive shaft so really looking at one of these second hand but I'm only 5ft 7 but going to test ride one now.loved your video it really helped, cheers dude
Hello Andy, thankyou mate, glad you liked it. It’s still going strong as a daily commuter bike.
Decent vid bud, I'm looking at one to go with my speed triple for 2-up trips👍
Cheers mate, that’s a good combo of bikes to have, best of both worlds. ✊
It's nice to watch :) can you specify where did you buy such a nice tankbag and tankpads?
Hey Michal, They are both OEM Triumph parts, whether or not they are still available im not to sure.
No worries, try www.worldoftriumph.com there usually pretty good.
@@billy4rocks great :) unfortunately I'm from Poland and our accessories offer is probably poorer;) at least online, but not many salons, Moto is great for me!
Super nice, Sir.
Nice video! Can you post the link form the arrow silencer?
Yeah dude… lagunadirect.co.uk/products/arrow-silencer-low-suspension-explorer-low-2016
@@billy4rocks Thank you! It's the lower one, but anyway, thanks.
That's pretty amazing for keeping a bike for 10 years. as far as maintenance how does it stack up against your GS?
The GS is alot easier to work on, plugs / air filter are all easily accessible. No lifting up the tank and removing hoses.
Good review. How are the Grip Puppies with headed grips? I just got a 2016 Tiger XRT 800 and I also find the grips to small.
No problems, doesn’t effect the heat at all. Cheers.
Nice video, I've had mine for 4 years and love it. I've got the same problem with the cracked exhaust headers, seems a common fault with the earlier models. Did triumph replace these for free or did you need to buy new headers?
Hello Kenny, they didn’t im afraid, i paid for new headers and a silencer at the same time.
Wow... You shipped it to The States! Great vid mate. Thanks. Gonna text Ya.
Yeah, great trip that was, Baltimore to Long Beach, with a bit of route 66 thrown in for good measure. Cheers, got the txt, that is good to know, thanks for the heads up. ✊
Thanks for bunch of info! I want to jump on second hand Tiger. Is your generation have cruise control?
No worries Stan, it does indeed, very handy for those long motorway rides.,
Great stuff Billy! :-) Cheers... Mark
Cheers Mark! ✊
Just ordered a 15 plate XC today with 16000 on it a real bargain compared to the competition.
Thanks excellent review thanks 🙏🏼
No problem
Thanks for the video. what's the milage on the bike. Thanks
No problem, im at about 42k now, though that is a guess, as the clocks where stolen.
HI
Have just got a explorer , did you have any issues with the heat from the engine on your legs and crotch area? if so did you try and combat it at all? thanks
Hey Jamie, i no longer have the bike but i don’t recall there ever being an issue with any excessive heat, even in stop/start traffic. All good mate.
@@billy4rocks wow so you actually ended up selling it! 😟 What did you buy then?
@@randomrides cheers Robert, thanks for the info, sorry you have to splash out on something so annoying!
Tengo una desde el 2015 y hay sigue....💪
¡El tigre es poderoso y fuerte!
Thank you for your review.
No problem Val, I appreciate the comment. ✊
Hi there what are those mini lights???do they really light up the Road???
Those little fog lights? Yeah there pretty good, just adds another beam either side to light up what is more directly to the left and right off you, perfect for country lanes that kinda thing.
@@billy4rocks thankyou for replying back where can find one these???can you please tell Me...
Thankyou
@@AKM47YT06 from Triumph.
I have too since new 2012 launch edition explorer .
Now lm looking for trading in my 800xc and sv650 for a 2015 xc in green.. Waiting for dealer feedback 😏😊
Ohh nice! Yeah the green explorers looks lovely. Good luck.
Thank You
Yeah dude, no worries
Does anyone recommend buying this past 50k miles used ?
Absolutely, if its looked after and has good service history with stamps in the book, go for it.
Ohh yeah the desert edition is lovely! You can have some stickers on the house mate, send me your address on a DM on instagram and I’ll get some out to you... if i can find them 😂
@@billy4rocks can send you my email adress here and take it thrue the mail ? Do not have Instagram 😀yet... Planning to...
Yeah, it is a very beutifule bike.. Tested a 1200 last year, and my good what a bike.
Yeah go for it..
@@billy4rocks did you delete it ore did it self destruct? 🤔
@@toby7504 no haven’t got it! Re send it mate.
What about that heat on leg which everyone complains?
Been a while since i had the bike, but i dont recall there ever being an issue with excessive heat, and to honest, in the climate im in, it’d be welcome.
great review
Cheers Tom. ✊
Great viewing 👍
Thankyou, much appreciated. ✊
Cheers Malcom.
How many miles or km does it have? interested in buying it but it has 120.000km or 75.000 miles ?. and I am going to put 50.000km or 30.000 miles on it? Sorry for the comment I watched the video you said 36k miles.
Yeah so 36k, which is not a great deal for this bikes, im pretty sure some guys on the Explorer facebook page have well over 70k miles on there’s.
Wait what ?!?? Your clocks were stolen ? How in the hell does that happen 😢
Funnily enough, i was hoping for that as well. Its done about another 15k miles since then, as i commute on it everyday. Still no issues.
