Wow! What an incredible tour of San Antonio's iconic Riverwalk and downtown district. The abundance of cultural heritage showcased is truly delightful, allowing viewers to embark on a captivating journey through time. Thank you for sharing this remarkable experience with us!
Whoever i talk to about SAN ANTONIO in Texas, almost 100% don't miss talking about the Antonio Riverwalk & Alamo Tour, Thank you for reminding me to refresh my bucket list and also taking me there with you. The food LOoks delicious at Casa Rio Historical Restaurant and is very informative. Thanks for the great content.
San Antonio Riverwalk so marvelous to explore. The architecture look so marvelous and the food is place is so wonderful. The ambiance, Live music and food look delicious. We have seen those lock bridges in Paris and Salzburg as well, they look so beautiful. Thank you so much for giving us the detailed tour.
Wow! What an amazing tour! The Alamo was beautiful on the inside!! I love that you tour all these old places. The look on the outside is just as beautiful as the inside!! Historic places and history are my favorite. I would have loved to take the night walk by the river!! Absolutely amazing! As always amazing video my friend! Keep up the amazing work!! 😊
LOVE San Antonio! The last time we were there was December 2020 and it was just us and employees in the Alamo. We have visited often, but I still took down some notes for our next trip! Thanks!
I've always wanted to explore the Alamo and have been seeing more and more about the Riverwalk in San Antonio and have put it on my radar. That's nuts about the floods - interesting about the boat ride too - that would be great. Reminds me of Chicago but more charming scenery. A beautiful river dining spot. Love that you're with your mom - I would have gotten the same drink as her - looks fancy. The riverwalk at night is also super beautiful with the lights - what a great city!!
@@AdventuresOfATravelingDon Oh that's good to know - Christmas time is my fave time of year and I've always wanted to travel somewhere festive for the season.
This is great informative video. Good presentation. I enjoyed watching. You showed us a lot of interesting places. Keep up the great work. Have a nice day
Love the happy hour and the river walk. Looks like great Architecture there and San Antonio. A lot of culture and heritage in that boat ride for the looks of things.
Another great video! Very interesting to see the Alamo & info - good to know that they've updated the gardens to look nice but that they don't represent any of the history. I like the look of the Marriott - one of my favourite chains to stay at - love their beds! That boat ride on the river looks absolutely amazing. Not gonna lie though - was kind of expecting you to take a cold beer with you on the boat (I looked it up - it's allowed!) - next time! Thanks for sticking it out and showing what it looks like at night - stunning with the lights!
Lol between the two cameras and tight space I didn't think it was prudent to get a beer for this ride. I've done it before. The cost of showcasing it to the world 😂😭
@@AdventuresOfATravelingDon Appreciate you suffering for the cause lol! At least you got one (or rather a marg) at the Mexican restaurant - food looked mighty tasty!
I haven’t been to San Antonio just yet but this gives me a great guide to enjoy. And good to know about the Marriott and the bar. I’m an Elite member with Marriott as well so I will take advantage of that. And I loved seeing the local spots on the way at the river walk. And cool you can bring drinks.
Big old San An-Tone! I'm sure there must be an immense amount of history and culture around that place and the stories to tell too! Its amazing how much you can experience in the US alone!
Wow, San Antonio tour has lot of places to cover. Did you do it in one day? The historic Alamo architecture looks nice. The Riverwakl cruise must be nice. Night walk near the river is what I will do too. Thanks for sharing.
Very memorable, each time we go to San Antonio. It's crazy how big the city has gotten. However, the charm of the riverwalk still makes me feel good. Wish they did not allow the vendors to set up on the walk. I'm always afraid of falling into the water. One change to your video though. We stayed at the Marriott Rivercenter. It's connected to the mall. The Marriott Riverwalk is across the street. It's my favorite hotel.
Oof not sure. Most of the time I go to the Riverwalk I stay at the Marriott nearby. There are parking structures around the Riverwalk but, I'm not sure how much the parking costs.
Did I say that? I remember saying San Antonio has the largest collection of historical buildings of any city in Texas. Although I do tend to talk fast and say something wrong or stupid occasionally 😂. I am well aware Houston is far larger than SA. The amount of times my Uncle Dave complains about traffic down there 😆. Glad you enjoyed the video though. Thanks for looking out.
For the Ultimate Guide to the Alamo and San Antonio Riverwalk
Wow The Almo looks amazing 👏
Beautiful views from your gorgeous Hotel
I would of loved the boat ride and river walk. Thanks for sharing loved this.
Thanks for watching. It's such an amazing city
Amazing river view and night walk would be ultimate thing to do here. Thanks for taking us along.

Thanks for the great tour. The buildings and the riverside looks pretty. The food also must have a great taste.

Looks like a great place! I love the boat trip you made. It gives another perspective.

It's such an awesome city, at least downtown. Glad you enjoyed.
Great tour. The Riverwalk area looks like a great place to visit and explore.
Beeny favorite place in Texas all my life.
I've heard of the Alamo. The riverwalk looks great if it touristy! great shots sir, really nicely compiled video!
Appreciate that Andy. Yeah it's definitely worth a visit if you come to Texas.
LOVE San Antonio! The last time we were there was December 2020 and it was just us and employees in the Alamo. We have visited often, but I still took down some notes for our next trip! Thanks!
I was last there around the same time. Christmas time that year. It was weird how empty it all was.

The best time for the night lights is actually Christmas time. They deck it out.

San Antonio is so much fun. We were just there 3 weeks ago. Nice tour of the hot spots.

Came back to watch again.
Thanks
Thanks for the tour. We are going to film the riverwalk this weekend for Vanessa's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY VANESSA!!!#swervycrew Ken

BEAUTIFUL TOUR! THESE PLACES ARE SO NICE! I WENT TO UBITED STATES ONCE MANY YEARS AGO BUT NEVER TO TEXAS. TGANK YOU FOR SHARIBG
You gotta do Texas next time you're in the States.
Great video. I used to live at San Antonio. Great to see it again. LIKE 39. 👍👍👍
How was it living there? I've only ever visited
@@AdventuresOfATravelingDon It is a fun place but personally, I dont think I would live there again. Thanks again for taking us back my friend.

Btw the Marriott is the Marriott Rivercenter. There is a Marriott Riverwalk that's actually a blockish off from there.
Big old San An-Tone! I'm sure there must be an immense amount of history and culture around that place and the stories to tell too! Its amazing how much you can experience in the US alone!

Yup this was all over one day
cant wait this spring 2024
Hope you have a blast.
❤😊 going in a week can't wait to see the scenes
It's a fun time. Let me know how your experience goes.
@@AdventuresOfATravelingDon gonna take the bus from my hotel to the Alamo then walk from there to river walk
@@lordcolinb awesome! If you stay on the walk late there are plenty of Ubers to get you back as well.

It was a great time. Thanks again for coming down there with me Mom! It was a great start to what was a fun weekend away
Do you have to make a reservation for the seats by the river on Rio Casa resto
We didn't, although I think that was just good timing and luck. I would generally say yes though.
@@AdventuresOfATravelingDon Thanks
❤ good places to park near Alamo and riverwalk? Thank you
Oof not sure. Most of the time I go to the Riverwalk I stay at the Marriott nearby. There are parking structures around the Riverwalk but, I'm not sure how much the parking costs.
Its weird but its pronounced bear county, behr, bexar county.
Lol yeah I got that later from my mom. I was like that makes no sense! 😂😂
Saw the video and liked it a lot but I do need to correct you on one thing..... San Antonio is now the second largest city in Texas. Google it !
FYI. You don't pronounce BEXAR like it reads. You say bayhar or bayer county courthouse
😂 yeah my Uncle got on me about that afterwards
i lived in san antonio my whole life. its filthy and soul crushing. please run.
Sorry to hear that. I've always had a good time in SA but, to be fair I've really only ever experienced downtown.
