2 hours is very long for the i35 trip between austin and san antonio....it's usually about an hour and a half, but of course traffic can change things

Glad you enjoyed it. Sorry about the heat. Award winning BBQ? Lmao ok I guess but glad you had fun and my wife loves that Hyatt Regency. It's likely one of the most beautiful hotels we have here. I get a lot of points for Hyatt through work travel and I want to go there too but no real reason to yet.

There are lots of other hyatt hotels that you could use your points on whenever you go on vacation. But I will say that the point/value conversion for the Hyatt Regency Riverwalk was really good!

San Antonio is my favorite city in Texas. I wish El Paso was closer as well .

@@KeanuTravelsTo it's like a mini SA but in a totally different natural environment....you're surrounded by dry desert and mountains

A waste of time. Just a crowded gas station walmart kind of place. I might be the one person in Texas that hates them and there's about 3 within 100 miles of San Antonio but I'd rather not

Bruh 2 hour drive???????? San Antonio is literally 1 hour away maybe even 45 min from Austin lol

It took us 2 hours, but maybe because we hit some traffic. Looking at Google Maps right now, it's an hour and 25 minutes.

na they aren't that close either...no way you're getting from downtown SA to downtown austin in less than an hour. without traffic, right now on a sunday at 3:30pm, google maps is giving 1 hour and 28 minutes
