Can anyone tell me where I can purchase the small check valves separately? I almost never have a torn diaphragm, but the check valves dry out frequently.

Does it have NRV (non return valve) system inside, that stops Air from coming back from outside

The user is not restricting any part of the diaphragm it’s just a weak ass product, I went to replace my diaphragms and noticed that the screw 7 mm head is snapped off so I can’t even get the screw it back on to replace it, again it’s a flaw in the product.

Used this video and it worked. Then the pump died an hour later......not sure what happened.

Hi Steve, I have the LP-100, which is exactly the same. I replaced my diaphragms and unit is working, but I find the volume and pressure of air is about 40% less than my new unit I purchased the same time as the parts. It is not the valves, as I swopped it from new unit and still the same. So it must be the new diaphragms. It seems slightly stiffer than those of new unit, so it could be old parts. Should this units run in first before it reaches top performance or should it be pumping at full spec from the start.

This seems way more complicated than it needs to be. Like the differences between replacing spark plugs in a honda vs a subaru

"the plastic ring in the diaphragm does not wear out and does not ever need replacing" false statement. Its made of brittle crappy plastic and breaks easily. This pump is a frustrating pile or garbage after a few years.
