Jennifer I feel you about being so busy and trying to make supper. I had 3 children too that had to be shuffled around to various activities during the week and I was working 12 hour shifts and we didn’t have the money to eat out. Thank goodness for the invention of the crockpot. 🙌🏻

Those ingredients you were talking about in the Crock-Pot are good also with cream of mushroom soup with the french onion packet. I've even done the cream of mushroom and french onion packet in the Crock-Pot with a roast. So good and simple. That french onion packet is also good in beef stroganoff. I agree, haha.
