I love your commentary. I’d like to see smaller groups represented as well. Possibly Sullivan High School, “Axis of Elton”. I thought their show this year was designed really well and was enjoyable to listen to.
"i bet the flag and umbrella combo was terrible when it was windy" yes it was. Absolutely horrific. 0/10 would not reccomend for outdoor comps 😭 (p.s. the signifigance of the yellow in the ballad was because apparently in one episode of the original addams family Wednesday wore a yellow dress, but literally nobody knew about that so the yellow just felt random lol)

one of the worse parts of this show was setting up and taking down the stages, i was the baritone soloist so you can imagine how hard it was to carry an instrument, a stage, and multiple microphones lmao

The 13 hour band camp days was horrific for this show as well, but we got into box 5! Glad to break 90!!
my band had 12 hours days too, I have gotten to watch O'Fallon township once... We lost, by a lot.
