I saw something on youtube on one the the fact clips. It said if you have a knot in your jewelry place it in cornstarch or flour and take two toothpicks and the knot will loosen right up. I had to laugh because I have 3 or 4 necklaces in a huge mess . I would have to make a pie to get it loose LOL
