Colombia is blessed by the green landscspe slmost everywhere You go and that is why I decided to return to My native land after half a Century of living outside the country...
Coffee is so special! Not just because it provides caffeine, but because of the skill and dedication it takes. We’ve also grown our appreciation for coffee while in Colombia 🇨🇴 ☕️
Question, have you guys ever thought about compiling your trips that you do in each country and selling them be it on paper or digitally? I ask that bcz they are very informative, well thought out, and can be educational - bonus!
Hola, we are traveling to Colombia next month and are interested in visiting Valle de Cocora. What's the best way to travel there if we are going to Cartagena first? Muchas Gracias Victor
Love this video. We are looking to visiting Colombia in Sept and this will be added to our list now, especially bc I love me some good cafesito 😌💕. BTW-would you guys consider taking bitcoin to buy you un cafesito? 🤔
Beautiful video thanks for sharing 🙏🏽 are they all the region in Salento? I’m going to salento soon. Any suggestions where else must I go near salento? Thanks
Which coffee beans and brand were fermented for more than a thousand hours, that you were mentioning? Also is there a Colombian coffee that starts off with the dry or natural process, and ends using the honey process?
ah that's where the barista's coffee farm is... hmm if we go we'd probably go with local friends but you're right, always should be careful. Thank you 🙏
It’s weird that the farm is so far away from the coffee triangle, you guys are closer to it from Cali ( farm is south of cali ), great video ! How much was you farm stay ?
Ah! My bad that wasn’t clear. The farm we stayed at was in Salento (Quindío), right in the coffee region. The farm we reference for a coffee tour later in the video is south of Cali, but we didn’t visit that farm during this video. Simply got to spend time with the owner
American loving in Columbia growing coffee shipping it to family farm in California. Average low 60°, never gets much of 80° Love the thunderstorms green and lush. No gringos in my My neighborhood thank God. I have a nice modern three bedroom two bathroom apartment $200 a month TV internet gas water electric about $80 a month. My most of my food directly from Farmers high quality lower prices. It took the living in Columbia is to live like a columbiano.
Bogota's like living in New York not to my liking. Medellin primavera stay out of the neighborhood where gringos live you'll pay twice as much for everything. San Diego neighborhood and Santa Monica are safe not expensive Airbnb is a good choice. Cali lots of Americans in Central.

Beautiful video thanks for sharing 🙏🏽 are they all the region in Salento?
I’m going to salento soon. Any suggestions where else must I go near salento?
Thanks
Salento is one of the towns in the coffee region. There’s also Filandia, Circasia, Armenia..
@@EatBailaTravel thank you so much can’t wait until I go in October, bit nervous as I’m going travelling by myself from Indonesia.
Interesting, except for the palm trees this looks very much like the alps in central Europe. The almost constant fog and rain...
ohh it sounds beautiful! We've never been
Beautiful
Very beautiful
Y si se antoja el cafecito ❤
☕️🤗 verdad que sí

Guys I like your videos, Just be careful if you go to Piendamo Cauca that is Guerrilla zone. Take care guys.
ah that's where the barista's coffee farm is... hmm if we go we'd probably go with local friends but you're right, always should be careful. Thank you 🙏

Our farm stay was just over $10 USD per person. Our particular place charged per person. If you’d like the info I can share it!
What's the elevation up there? I know that palms trees grow in Quito, Ecuador, which is 9000 feet above sea level.
Wow we've been to Quito years ago, I wonder why I don't remember seeing those trees there. They might be a different type of palm tree, too.
@@EatBailaTravel yes, what is the elevation? I been to part of Peru where its 16k feet above sea level-so i figure I can handle it here 😌😃
What’s the name of the restaurant where you had the trout?
Oh gosh.. I don’t remember.. we stumbled upon it by chance
And they have coffee stations out of the jeep all over
The coffee stations out of the jeeps were one of my favorite things!
FIRST!
🔥🔥
Muy recomendando el pan de Ohana! 😂
Si! Hace falta regresar al panecito
Nice 👍🏼 what time of the year did you go ?
it was late March or early April when we went :)
Is there internet service in the lodging, and can you rate the speed of the internet between 1-10 10 being the fastest???
No internet service in the finca we stayed at, no.

Hay personas en este video que lo roban
Que roban?
Porque hablan en inglés.si no son de u.s.a.
Pero si somos de USA… con raíces mexicanas. Tenemos la fortuna de hablar ambos idiomas 🫶🏻
This región Is worth a visit... but please, don't go to valle de Cocora. Mass tourism Is killing this frágil place. Muchas gracias.
