I've been thinking about doing this with our Subaru, which has hit one too many parking curbs and snow drifts. It looks easy enough, except the painting. It sounds like a fun project.
Looks great! Did you have any issues inserting the air grilles next to the turn signals? I tried to do this bumper cover swap recently and couldn’t get them seated all the way flush after an hour of pushing.
Great video! How does that black front trim piece at the bottom attach/come off? I have a 19 sport that I’d like to ad a front lip to, and have that piece off would be quite the time saver.
hey will nice job! i had a squeezed disk l4 and l5 they said it was the worst they seen it was back in 96 i did the exercise and it healed it self feel better will!!
Hello Robinson, sorry for the inconvenience. I'm restoring an Elantra the same as the one in the video, but I couldn't get the black side moldings and the lower one that you placed last anywhere. It would be of great help if you could recommend me where to get them. I am writing to you from Chile, sorry for my English since I write it with a translator, thank you very much.
That car requires a Adas calibration for the front radar per Hyundai and the area of damage. Bumper has to be off ready to install as it requires adjustment of radar first then calibration.
Thanks for your feedback and sharing with others. yes on models equipped with smart sense/smart cruise, LFA, LKA, Forward Collision Assist, pedestrian detection. you are 100%
@robinsonsauto I'm glad it wasn't taken wrong. It was more to educate, especially the general public, on what should be happening on their vehicle when it is in a body shop. You did a great job demonstrating how it should look once it is delivered. Had all the clips where they should be and made sure it was lined up properly. I deal with a ton of body shops, and some of the stuff that gets delivered is downright scary. Thank you, and I hope the back gets better. I know how hard it is to do some of these repairs with a screwed up back.
Great video, used it as a secondary guide to replacing my fender and liners.

Those headlights are lovely!! May I ask if they came with the vehicle or if they're aftermarket? Those are the ones I want for my vehicle.

Needed for a wrap and black grill!
Hey I seen your video, and I was wondering where you got the parts for the Elantra like the bumper, and the trim

How long did it take to complete the job from start to finish
Where did you buy the pre painted bumper , did you get it from the dealership or aftermarket?

I need a new bumper on my Elantra and can only seem to find a bumper cover. Is that what I need?
Are you full time at this shop?
hi bro!! where is the hole in the bumper for towing an atomobile??
How much do you charge for this
This was an insurance job. I cant recall at the moment
wheres ur shop
Because they’re painted in 2 different facilities
yup that pretty much sums it up
Lots of Expensive plastic
Sure was, adds up fast 💨 around $1,300 for everything shown after paint. Not including labor
Do you have any manual or instructions that you can share with me please???
