Has been the best male vocalist for over 50 years..I say this because he has done all matter of genres and has not lost that control and feeling in his voice throughout a magnificent career. And loves what he does..the true entertainer and still has plenty left to give us!
That’s THE MAN right there! The man with THE VOICE! The one & only, PAUL RODGERS.
Saw him with free in 1971. 42 yrs later he sings like this????? A miracle.
Beautiful mellow and smooth! Is there anything he can’t sing?! I think not. ❤️
I've always said he was a soul singer singing rock - this shows exactly what I mean. THE best singer of his generation by a million miles.
Wow the Master actually looked nervous to begin with, no need, he sings perfectly as always. This man could sing the phone book and still sound great.
Look at who's playing behind him. Of course he's nervous. These are some of the guys that played on the original recording back in 1969. I'd be a little nervous too. But Paul handled it though.
Michael Toles bought me here and I'm glad I came.
My favorite male vocalist
Ladies and gentlemen, "The Voice" that is Paul Rodgers, made for the Blues.....His Royal Sessions CD captures his soulfulness ❤❤

I have to confess this is a side to his music I didn't know of. He is so good.

Sir, you are simply the best rock vocalist ever; now & then. Amazing. Simply amazing! I grew up on Bad Company. I think of you every time I’m walking down a rocky road.
If Paul sings it then it becomes a Paul song.

Hi Paul what a great rendition and what a great band you’ve got together, so glad to see Michael Toles in your band what great guitarist he is , fell I love with his playing listening to him play “Cafe Regio’s” of the Isaac Hayes Shaft score , plays those octaves that would make even Wes proud !!
This has always been a badass song and he makes it his!!!
We worked out together at Nautilus Gym in Atanta Ga and had many talks about life Rip Isaac Hayes my friend....
I just love Paul
My Favorite song to sing of all time & now my favorite rockin vocalist Paul Rogers singing it! yeah
I'm going to try this version - it won't be as good as this though.

Outstanding job!
Perfect!
Desolation Angel forever he is always running with the pack…..
My girlfriend told me the lead singer of Bad Co. had passed away.........I started crying....Paul combined with Greg Allman, rock and blues music would not have much meaning for me! Paul.............. Please stay well, and don't ever scare me like that again!! Dec 17 is a Rockin Birthday and always a friend ESJ XX
Was not Paul but another Bad Company frontman Brian Howe passed away yesterday and Paul made a vídeo clarifying that he's still alive but not mentioning Brian' passing and I've seen a lot of rude comments against him for mocking Brian, which I don't think so and I think that they got him wrong. I love Paul's music even with Free and Bad Company and I hope he might clarify things better. Cheers from Peru. 👍👍
@@barboza2995 Paul was NOT the frontman, he is and was BAD CO! If your dissing Paul R...I'm not you guy! Ace Frehly…..OK
@@barboza2995 You'r from Peru! Go figure/ I'm fromm N.H.USA
@@eldredjoyner2556 I know that He'll be Bad Co forever and ever. I'm not against him and I'm not dissing him in anything. I love his music and I'm still listening him. I didn't Say something bad for sure.
Don't get me wrong please. Sorry for my bad english. 😭😭😔
@@eldredjoyner2556 exactly. I wish he could give concerts in my hometown Lima for the first time as long as he did touring in Chile (with Queen) Brazil and Argentina. Never is too late. 😂
Rolling Stone list Paul at the 55th best vocalist really?? should be WAYYY higher .
Rolling Stone…..bah! 🤨🤨
❤❤❤
❤️❤️
Paul got really handsom as he got older.
2.9k subscribers 🥺 What the 🤬 is wrong with this world ?
Yea VG ..
But actually Tom Jones is the ultimate versatile singer - has sung duos with all the top female and male singers from the late 60’s onwards… check out his TV shows and specials.
Matches them all line for line..
And I say that.. and I’m actually a rock and blues guy!
Doesn't using real strings make a huge difference?
I am so glad that my girlfriend was wrong........!
Backing vocals sound terrible
Wtf?? I thought it was Walk on by (wait down the corner)
This was tooooo lame man
I Love Paul Rodgers! But this rendition sounds a bit tired.
Rodger's amazing voice and passion are overshadowed by the uber lush harmonies and
the musical production in general. Keep it simple.
Well, I could not deny that he did this version to his own way. His ageless voice made me feel goosebumps. He's still got it. At the time he had 65 years (2014). 😍😍😘😘
Love Paul but this one just doesn't seem in sync harmony wise. Just me, not feeling it. Other than that he is one of the all time great's.
The girls are not singing harmony with Paul, they are singing backup parts which set Paul off nicely.
Guy has huge ego. You don’t cover Issac Hayes period. Stick to your own songs
If Paul Rodgers sang Chocolate Salted Balls it'd be better than Isaac Hayes.
Bollocks.
