May I ask what your progesterone levels before fresh transfer because I will be doing a fresh transfer soon but I may opt out due to my progesterone levels
@@Jennesis888 Oh gosh i have no idea…. My Dr put me on progesterone suppositories following the egg retrieval and I’m still on them! I’m currently 11 weeks pregnant and will stop them at 13 weeks when the placenta takes over progesterone production!
Thank you so much for the explanation! Im going trough IVf now and have ovarian hyper simulation which makes me sick. I was in question whether to choose a fresh transfer vs frozen. But now I’m clear and frozen is my way to go. Thank you again!
@@kzlifediaries so I got 23 eggs, 15 of which were mature. 12 of those fertilised via ICSI. I had a fresh transfer on Day 5 - sadly this was unsuccessful. By Day 6, all other embryos had made it to blastocyst stage, 7 of them were good enough to freeze so currently awaiting my first frozen transfer 🙂
Thank you all, we had this happened a 2nd time. But at least I was able to transfer 2 embryos that tried to make but failed. Life can be so difficult 😪
I would like to know what I can do to prepare my uterus. Any vitamins or other supplements that I can take, other than the hormones given by the doctor? For how long to take them and when to start? Anything else to think about before and after to be able to prepare my body to improve implantation? Thanks for a great YT channel and as always super good and informative videos ❤️
Any suggestions on additional testing I should get. I've done all genetic, RPL, laporscopy and hysteroscopy. I've had 1 successful fresh transfer which ended in miscarriage. 3 frozen all failed to implant.
I'm learning so much. Thanks Dr. My Dr suggested a fresh embryo as I have low amh of 0.13. We tried growing my eggs, but it didn't work. The 1 egg did not fertilize. I then decided to go for egg donor seeing as I didn't want to keep trying getting eggs and spending so much money. Was this the best decision from my end?
Thank you for sharing Dr Natalie! Would you recommend estrogen supplementation (in addition to progesterone) for fresh transfer? Progesterone supplementation in fresh cycles - do you recommend PV vs IM injections? After egg retrieval do the deflated follicles still turn into corpus luteums and secrete progesterone/estradiol?
My husband is having an MTese procedure and his urologist wants to do a fresh transfer. Could you do a video on the process when the sperm may not be able to be frozen and how it works when it is done this way? Are we going to be able to test the embryos?
Hello! Is there anything I can do to raise my amh level or prevent them from declining so quickly? Like supplements or lifestyle? I’m 33, and my amh is .44
If someone has fluid in their lining while on Estrace, but it clears up once PIO is started, is it still safe to transfer?? Still trilaminar and thick enough, just not sure about the fluid aspect of it.
Curious how frequently you’re recommending daily IM PIO vs the combined approach (vaginal + IM PIO)? I’m sure it varies based on pt but if the pt is willing to do daily injections is that what you’d typically favor? Any thoughts are appreciated! Great video, thank you! 😊
Hello Dr Natalie. Can i ask you a question. I am in the first stage of our IVF process. I am in my 7th day of hormonal shots. My question is , is it safe to get pregnant if I am in my HPV vaccine ?3rd doze will be on July 30. Can my doctor transfer embryo to my body ?
We've had 2 eggs retrieved and are waiting to hear if they've both fertilised. As I have very low AMH, they're wanting to transfer both embryos (if the eggs fertilise) on day two as they're saying they'll have a better chance back in my uterus. I'm worried that they're making a rash decision based on all the info I've listened to. Please can you advise as my transfer is due on Friday and I want to be able to advocate myself. Thank you
Opinion please. So I have to have a testing probe made for pgtm and they said i could make the embryos and freeze them while it's being made. Than unfreeze them for testing and freeze them again before transfer. Is this a good idea or should I wait to make the embryos when the probe is ready
Dear Doctor I am live in Australia. Now iam in 39 years old. I have done two times IVF . First time collected 3 egs. But its not successful. Then after the 2 months i have done again IVf in last year. Only one egg has been successful. And done the embroyo fresh transfer. But its not successfully. My doctor said my eggs are not good of quality. So now iam having so many vitamins improve for my eggs. I have planning to do again IFV in next month. Can you please advice me fresh sperm transfer or Frozen transfer is the best one ? Becuase i dont have an idea about that. Iam waiting for your response Thank you , kind regards
Is there any protocol for frozen or fresh transfer that doesn’t require any medication and only monitoring ? Seems wierd to me that medication is required in all cases. What about male infertility?
Meds are needed to stimulate extra eggs for the woman to give us the best chance at as many healthy embies as possible. It's expensive and so hard so we want to get as many as possible at once as mature as they can be
@@TuesdayDulin no this is about a transfer. Not stimulation. And I answered my own question. There is such a thing of an unmedicated transfer and I did and am now pregnant.
@@TuesdayDulin no lol I mean after you have embryos from Ivf (medicated) you have to transfer them back into the uterus. With a frozen emrbryo transfer you can do so completely unmedicated.

Egg donor is a lovely way to build a family and often physically, emotionally and financially easier when we have low ovarian reserve - hugs
