Comet is amazing but it's been power crept like crazy recently, especially when you meet 8s and 9s
the comet at tier 7 is nowhere near as good as the cromwell at tier 6

I think we all know the KV-2 will be featured in this series. Can't go wrong with the most accurate tank in the game.

After the HE nerf KV-2 became for me next to useless. You don't deal dmg any more with HE, now its basically spam gold or get f*cked. Really sad how they butchered the once glorious KV-2....
My KV-2 actually has a Tank Sniper medal (NA server, in game name RLBell), so I cannot dispute the claims for its accuracy. Since the great HE nerf, I am sad. The 107 mm gun is good, but it is not the same.

i've had the same thoughts about the kind of "background noise" feel to his videos, i started watching last year when i started playing wot for the first time and i just love watching these videos since they're pretty laid back and it's also nice to keep up with the game

Wooooooow 4:58 I remember that!!! it was a T28 proto! You had him tracked so he wouldnt turn his hull because he couldnt turn his turret all the way back due to his gun traverse range being limited..... holy crap- that brought back a lot of good memories! I believe you made a YT video about it too

One of the best tier 6 mediums in the game. I know QB loves the Comet but I greatly prefer the Cromwell.
In the current t8 and t9 meta the Comet lost a lot of his strengths. I am looking at you Bourasque but also the progetto46 and the char at tier 9. The Cromwell can also meet the pesky tier 8s but the Comet will almost always meet the tier 8 opponents.
Quickybaby recently made a video about the American tier 7 medium the t20 and in that video he said the the alpha advantage of the t20 made it a better tank in the current meta.
Comet needs gold to be fun.

I've had this tank since it became available. And still love playing it.
Given what you have said about your personal experience at tier 10 vs tier 7, and how I feel very similar about that difference I'm thinking to get the Cromwell and Black Prince again.

At tier 6, I preferer the autoloaders meds and there is a ton of them, for some reason I just can't seem to make the Cromwell/B work for me.
Have seen a big rash of Cromwell and B playing camp sniper BEHIND the TD's.
Lose every game one is on our team, win every game where they are on enemy team.
Master Class for the Comet please? I can make the T20 work, but I've never ACE'ed the Comet.

Can highly recommend either of these vehicles. They are incredibly good fun, so be sure to pick it up. Continue up the British MT line too. It is a corker of a tree.
Kept my Cromwell up until I got Crom B, definitely one of all time favorites :)
Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe this tank was nerfed around the same time as the hellcat, VK3601 when it was still a medium and the KV1S when it was still teir 6

I've been playing the Cromwell Berlin a lot recently, and enjoying it - when it doesn't meet well armoured heavies.
I sold it twice or 3 times already :)
Cromwell is a medium with light tank mobility... That might not sound that exciting at first, but anytime something can cross over classes like that without sacrificing too much, it becomes a bit crazy...
TD with heavy armor for example, or heavy with medium tank mobility, or vise versa, medium tank with heavy tank armor.
Crom🅱️ell is love, this is the only tank I play entirelly aggressive and always in a rush mode, be it a platoon or solo, and there even was a point where I had above 90% MOE, sure I could push for more if I played more carefully, but it's just so fun to play this tank like a headless chicken and don't give a damn about anything
Still a fun tank after all this years, despite its awful inaccuracy and aim time.
the only thing missing from the cromwell is an accessory of a heas on a Pike you can put on top. Otherwise i loved the thing!
I use it like a cruise missile rammer.
I prefer the T-34-85 just because the DPM and similar and had higher alpha
must have tanks at tier 6 would be from meds: cromwell and all of it's variants, t 34 85 (preferably most superior t 34 85m if you have money to throw at wg),

I think the VK30.01(D) is a bit better, more versatile.
Same play style, but the german cousin has a slightly better view range, slightly better accuracy and a much faster standard shell velocity, all that at the cost of being just a bit slower, while still being as fast a a light tank.
Yes the DPM is also a bit lower, but in the end, it's either even or better at mid to long range since you can hit your shots more reliably.

Cromwell is my #1 tank. Play it all the time and also geeat tank in Clan Wars at Tier VI. Fast, good view range, okish gun. The difference between the Crom and the Crom-B is the CromB is slightly faster and the reg Crom has a slightly more accurate gun.
Actually top speed is the same (in the same conditions of crew training and equipment).
We spent a good Saturday afternoon testing both tanks, as my as my usual play mate didn't believe it.
Cromwell B is a little better in acceleration, because it has lower terrain resistance, so it reaches top speed sooner than techtree model. Other than that, both tanks are clones.
Cromwell is super fun, especially in a platoon!
What's on the list next? Elc Bis? Kv-2? Skoda T50? :)

Yeah, but with the Cromwell B I stuck between 85 and 90%... so hard to mark imo and so much bad MM.

I prefer the VK 3002M over this tank, but specifically I play Pudel. It has similar mobility and gun (I might add I use turbo occasionaly), with having less camo but alot more brawling and ramming capability. Nevertheless the Cromwell is a fearsome foe that I have to respect even at higher tiers. Btw I'm a 49%-er who hardly plays lights, and has a sweetspot for heavy gameplay. I even suck in a Bourrasque, but adore the Renegade
The mission was to set fire twice on an enemy that is 2 tiers higher. Which i did on my CDC randomly with 0 sweat 😂

Had the B but never enjoyed it and couldn't find my groove in it. Too thin skinned and pea shooter as a mid for me. Instead I stuck to the T37 scout which hits harder.

I loved the Crommy when i used to play WoT put 3 of them in a platoon and let the fun begin.
I havent played a single game in the cromwell that i have been anything but bottom tier.

MY WR in the Cromwell is 48%. Cromwell Berlin WR 56%. Can't understand it. Can't just be the crew.

I try the Cromwell B i think it will be very good tank but uhhh its so bad the Cromwell from tech tree is so much better

Actualy it got nerfed after the tier 1-7 hp rebalance then silent nerfed again when equipement 2.0 got out . Still a good tank but nothing than the shadow of his former self .
Cromwell or T34-85?
The cromwell was the only medium brit tank I wanted when it came out and free xp'd right to it.
Great tank but at the moment you are likely to be matched v Tier 8's so not so good.

I have the Berlin and I really don't like it.
I remember doing strongholds with 1-2 scouts and 5-6 Cromwells and just yolo-packing around the maps, DPMing the enemies xD such fun times.
Also not to forget equipping this thing with the Troll-Gun and Meme-Platooning. Good old pre-HE-Nerf-times

One of the few tanks I have a 2nd mark in (I don’t purposely go for marks). It’s a great tank if you want to be fast and aggressive without playing the light tank scouting role. Great gun for tier 6, enough view range, and the armor’s troll enough to get you a steel wall if there’s an M5 Stuart with the auto cannon on the enemy team
You are using the wrong gun though, the derp is far superior. 😜
When I played 6+ years ago this thing was my baby. I was terrible at the game but somehow could always make the Cromwell work. I'll never forget getting my first Pool's on it.
First video of yours Ive watched in a long time as the game changed too much for me to continue playing it - was no longer fun with the stupid tanks.
Cromwell B was my first ever premium tank, and still among my favorite tanks in the game. Fun playstyle, and so versatile, as it can scout, flank and brawl with the best. Also love the Comet, but there's nothing like the adrenalin rush of a Cromwell. Favorite play of all time: Running figure 8s around two almost full health OI's and killing them both. Epic tank.

I raced through that POS, as soon as I had the vomit comet researched, I sold it. I haven't looked back on it.
cromwell used to be godly but with current MM, it being low tier a lot and there being so many OP premiums in T8, it isn't as good as it used to be.
Hot garbage, T-34-85M and M6 are the best
Regrettably, choosing the Cromwell frequently results in frustration. On the EU server, 28% of matches pit it against Tier 8 tanks, and 23% against Tier 7. This means the Cromwell is outgunned and outmatched in over 50% of battles. This video appears somewhat dubious as well. EU servers, only 17% of tier 6 battles involve a single-tier advantage. Questionably, QB chose to showcase a favorable matchup rather than a more common, disadvantaged one.
