Edit from the future. Some of the gauges in the video majorly sucked, but in all my tractor hoarding adventures I've found that these ones are solid and work properly: Volt meter: they stopped making the good ones, you cant buy them anymore Mechanical oil presssure gauge, don't use electric ones they're a modernist scam that doesnt work: amzn.to/3Fo2XUt Don't forget the copper tubing, they just give you the flimsy plastic **** and sell you the good stuff separately because everything is exploitative and dysfunctional now: amzn.to/3KZhDdM Digital hour meter: amzn.to/3FuqIuc Temperature gauge: amzn.to/3wd5wED All of those ^^^ I've used and they actually ******* work which is a pretty glowing endorsement nowadays. This voltage gauge is kind of like the ones they dont make anymore that I used, its "marine" water resistant and IP rated. Probably alright. amzn.to/3kQKmH3 Edit 2: I just found out that the editing software that I use cut off the last several minutes of this video because its a computer and computers dont ******* work right. Oh well, not much I can do about that now. All you missed was the gauges working but that doesnt really mean anything because some of them stopped working and I had to redo all this ******* **** because *******s dont ******* build **** correctly anymore. So you see whats involved in installing these, if you do it, just use the gauges in the above links because those ones have all been working without issue since I put them in MORE: For those who like the things which RUclips doesnt, join us on a free mobile app called Telegram, under "Tractor Hoarders Group Chat", in case we get cancelled on here! On a serious note, I learned this trick literally yesterday for using a hole saw in metel. Start the drill, and go until the hole cutting part makes contact and leaves a circular mark, and stop. Then use a decent size drill bit to make a hole somewhere in that circle. The hole lets the metal chip thru and keeps the hole saw clear, cooler, and I wish i knew this trick a long time ago.
"Only use Motorcraft parts on your Ford. Not whatever this is." "What's the difference?" "One has a lifetime warranty cause you're gonna spend your lifetime exchanging it. The other one saw the fall of the Soviet Union and probably still works." 💪 I wonder if David Hasselhoff still has that jacket 🤔
For looks could have scallop the metal . I put in a accurate Hobbs hr.meter probably $100 now measure running time not time at 2000rpm. Just make sure the was off so it doesn't keep counting off. Great for oil change accurate time.

You said you installed some temporary wiring, but isn’t all farm tractor wiring just temporary?
Nice ending.
Did you have to replace the tachometer if you did, where did you get it?
Kinda short, hate when editing software malfunctions... Can't take a wrench to it and fix it... 🤣
