I think you should go for it and keep making content around this game if that's what you want to do, there's an audience for it at the moment and it sounds like you're having fun!
I feel almost obligated to make a video on Starfield once it comes out, because it's right around the corner and Bethesda is such a big part of my gaming history. But after that yeah maybe I'll swing back to BG and just kind of stick with that for a while
