Hola como estas,,,,no hay que preocuparse tanto por los juegos de las maquinas,,,,calcula una maquina trabajando 8 horas por dia ,,,tienen un desgaste importante en poco tiempo y no son parejos,,,,por eso dependiendo material a mecanizar y espesor de pasada esos desgastes se toman en calculo de pasada, porque no es lo mismo con una fresa de 3 m a un a fresa de 12mm.

Этот станок почти точный аналог советского фрезера 675. Там с жёсткостью всё в порядке. На ЧПУ при нормальных ШВП и направляющих с каретками обычно нет проблем с точностью позиционирования, а вот с точностью обработки возможны вопросы. Но в любом случае работу Вы проделали огромную. Удачи.
Вы совершенно правы! В следующий раз попробую, как будут работать большие линейные шариковые направляющие. Спасибо!

Dobrze to wyszło, stara maszynka a daje radę.😀👍 Ja się zastanawiam nad zmianą mojej tokarki cormaka 330*700 i frezarki MTP zx7045B na coś większego, stare maszyny są dobre tylko gabaryty, masa i pobór prądu do domowego garażu to duży problem. Chinki też dają radę a przy tych samych paramterach obróbki, przelotu wrzeciona przesuwu stołu itp są o wiele mniejsze. Nie potrzebuję na co dzień toczyć tarczy 400 czy 500 mm ale dobrze mieć zapas "w razie W" Taki dylemat.
Dzięki! :) No to fakt, taka "malutka" frezarka narzędziowa a jaki problem był ją przemieścić. Jeżeli jest miejsce to zawsze spoko mieć większą maszynę. Właściwie, to zauważyłem, że czasem da się taniej wyrwać większą maszynę niż mniejszą bo na mniejsze (z tych starszych) jest większy popyt bo łatwiej gdzieś taką upchnąć :)
Nice how you test your mill, but when you cut alluminium the speed is much to low and the part is to high in the vice the best result you can make is distance from part to endmill short so put the table up and the console also in high positie 👍👍😊
You're right! This was just a fast test on a piece I had lying around and was easy to mount in the vice :)
