    Dobry den pane Miro. Pěkné video, chtěl bych se jenom zeptat, jakou barvu mají mít hrubovaci špony z železa. Jestli jsou lepší tmavě modré/fialové nebo žluté/zlaté??

    Whi not use a 5 flute endmill and create a dinamic milling program, it would decrease your machining time by a lot. Still a beautiful work🤩

    • @SuperYellowsubmarin
      @SuperYellowsubmarin 12 дней назад

      High feed such as this IS faster and cheaper on tools for mold making, and you can accomodate longer tools because cutting forces are mostly axial, not radial.

    • @loganjetton6134
      @loganjetton6134 3 дня назад

      Material hardness and tool life vs cost per edge. $450 end mill might make it 2 hours where the $18 worth of insert edges will also last at least 2 maybe up to 4 hours in cut. Might be a little different mrr but tooling cost is where it’s made up.

      @@viliusr6974 ..don't get me started on this trump thing. No educated thinking person I know voted for him, and I sure didn't. It's just because of the electoral college voting system and the fact that large parts of the country are filled with inbred unthinking morons. They don't want to think about overpopulation, about responsibility, about anything other than themselves and whatever fake god they believe in. What really concerns me most is who comes after trump...Because if the country again elects some dimwitted greedy industrialist into office, it starts this country on a very dismal downward path.

    What puzzles me the most is how the hell designers come up with these weird designs.

    • @viliusr6974
      @viliusr6974 7 дней назад

      I have designed many aluminium castings, forgings and injection molded parts over the years. Not a single time I saw the tooling to make those parts. If the manufacturer says the part is manufacturable and they are happy with the design, design engineers extremely rarely see the process itself.
