I've tried Insignia, Belkin, and several unbranded. All rated for 4k and all perform fine otherwise with the exception of this issue. Not a cable issue.
I had warzone mobile do this earlier. The volume slider was all the way down in the game launcher menu. Unplug the phone from your output flip your game switch and in the game select menu turn the volume up.

Does console mode has any input delay or latency in call of duty Warzone?

It's not the in-game volume settings or phone volume settings.
