Murray Gold is the greatest loss Doctor Who experienced after season 10 ended to be honest. Nothing quite like his magnificent scores, that just capture the magic of Doctor Who so perfectly.
I will say I think he grew on me I definitely like the doctor before him but I must say this doctor became my favorite doctor and I definitely liked his companions as well and Clara
Doctor Who ... so many good stories. It really isn't all about the timey wimey wobbly things but all about setting a mood, telling a story and engaging the audience.
And it all ended with the death of the 12th doctor. The newest series is terrible. The writing is horrible. I know she could be an amazing doctor but the writers are screwing it all up.

I relate to Matt Smith's doctor not because he was young, because his doctor showed so many sides of a time lord, the mad one, funny, enthusiastic,caring. The doctor who cried , who laughed, who got embarassed, who loved , who built an army, who instilled faith in people, who believed. Moffat's perspective for the 11th doctor just blows my mind away..

There just something that really gets in your brain with the Doctor Who themes. They're infectious. I feel this immediate excitement every time I hear them that makes me want to watch the show. I don't really get that as much with other shows and movies, even the one's a adore. There's just something about Doctor Who.

But, after that lovely children's show, Doctor Who would come on. I was hooked. That was the highlight of my day every time it came on, but then my mother decided to see what I was watching. She didnt like what I was watching. I wasn't allowed to watch it anymore. Years passed, and I decided to find my fond memories. And I did. I watched the first 10 series throughout three times, until Amazon Prime hit me with a thunderstorm. Only the first 4 series were watchable on Amazon Prime. And then, none. And currently there isn't a single video service in Finland, that I could watch Doctor Who on. I guess I'll have to find the dvd's...

But as for this terrific compilation, you must admit that the soundtrack of Doctor Who is as much a character in the show as the actors. I loved this compilation, so good and well just so relaxing, the sheer variety of music from the wonderful Murray G is just so peaceful, the music is so calming but so energetic and inspiring sometimes. I love his scores because they help deepen your emotions and make you feel so much more for the characters and help you relax and calm down generating a lot of positivity. He is just wonderful, I love his work, I think Doctor W' would be lost without him. Subbed. Liked..
I think Matt Smiths last season was very bad, as well as Season 6's ending. However, the fact that that takes so little away from the Doctor under Matt Smith just shows how strong his first Season and second were under Matt Smith. Id love to see Matt come back and face the Master in some way. In fact, I need it. I just need it.
