When I add the worlds the the file “worlds” and change the server properties level name to the file name, it doesn’t work. It just creates a new world 😭

If you have downloaded the world, you just need to put the world folder in the correct location. See our guide for the correct location to put your world folder on your device and it should show up in Minecraft support.witherhosting.com/en/article/how-to-upload-a-custom-world-to-your-server-10z5ta5/#1-bedrock-edition

Hi, is it possible to download your world that’s on your server so you can then join it just as a world ?

Yes, you can download the world from the world folder in the file manager, then place it on your device in the correct location, which you can find a list of here support.witherhosting.com/en/article/how-to-upload-a-custom-world-to-your-server-10z5ta5/#1-bedrock-edition .

Not if you're using SFTP to upload files.
