Fried Chicken and Eggs ~ Gluten Free

    Ingredients:
    Rice
    Chicken Breast
    GF Flour
    Black Pepper
    Garlic Salt
    Chinese 5 Spice
    Oil
    Honey
    Sesame Oil
    Seasoning Sauce
    Oyster Sauce
    Sweet Cooking Rice Seasoning
    Eggs
    Green Onions
    Chili Oil
    Sesame Seeds
    Directions:
    Cook rice according to package
    Slice chicken breasts in half
    In a bowl combine chicken breasts, GF flour, black pepper, garlic salt and chinese 5 spice, mix
    Place chicken breast in an oiled pan on medium high heat, fry for 7 minutes and flip half way through, remove from pan.
    In a separate pan on medium low heat combine the honey, sesame oil, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, sweet cooking rice seasoning, let it caramelize for a couple minutes then remove from pan
    In a separate pan on medium high heat cook eggs and season with seasoning sauce and black pepper, cover with aluminum foil until done
    Serve chicken over white rice, topped with sesame sauce, green onions, sesame seeds next to eggs topped with chili oil
