The labels are great they look essentially the same as the traditional yellow but that small black on the top makes it pop. They honestly should just go to that across the board
I think the JSA folks might currently be twiddling their thumbs or something? I recently sent 10 Modern books in for grading, including 3 Moderns with signatures to be authenticated. All 10 were "received" by CGC on Monday of last week (7/15). The 3 signature books (without a Fast Track, mind you) were already "shipped" back to me yesterday(! - only 8 days!), but the 7 non-signature books are still sitting in "Scheduled For Grading." Not only did the signature books get picked up faster by the JSA folks, but they also got to "cut in line" (apparently) with the CGC graders. And, yes, I love the black and yellow labels too, especially with one of the books I'm getting back, Batman: Sword Of Azrael #1 signed by Joe Quesada (9.8 - white; woohoo!). The black and yellow on the label matches beautifully with the blacks and yellows on that book's cover!
I personally enjoy the label. I feel that it sets the book apart but let's it still blend in.

Interesting thoughts. I wonder how it would look on a blue label?

How much did it cost in total for jsa authentication and then slabbing it?
It was $115 plus shipping to cgc so like $125 total and that’s with the cgc premier membership that gives u 10% off
