- Flying and eating are two activities that are often executed together. However, airports and airlines don't make it easy to eat healthy. But it certainly can be done - and I attempt to demonstrate HOW in this avgeek-friendly full day of eating video. Come along with me as we spend 10 hours (unintentionally of course) in the Knoxville airport and consume 3,500 calories in the process!

Another enjoyable video Mr Peter , hope to see your channel Take Off , like a RB211 powered 757
No pasty white bread
Great video as usual!
Next time I should just pick you up in a Mooney out of Knoxville Downtown
I think the fact you were able to have two separate salad bars for the price of one made the whole day worth it
100%, in fact I should have voluntarily given up my seat on the 7:50p so I could go for round 3 when they opened in the AM 😂
What app are you using to track your health stats? Also been binging your last few vids - seem to be on AA a few times dya get like standby priority for AA status?
Thanks for watching!! I've used My Fitness Pal in the past but not using anything currently because I eat pretty much the same stuff every day when I'm at home (so I know exactly how many calories it is). And good question - I think anyone can standby for an earlier same-day flight (regardless of status) but I believe AA elite members get priority over general members. I do fly AA a lot (being based in Charlotte), so I'm currently AA Platinum
Just connect in Frankfurt from Schengen to non-schengen you burn enough calories!! lOL!!
Who was Tyson McGhee?
A famous guy
That’s only where the VIPs fly out in blazers
cute guy. unfortunate you had to wait 12+ hours for your flight. at least it was on a comfy a319, rather than the crj700/900. wouldnt want to be on those when it's stormy.
