A water tank on the roof is always good to have especially when the water is shut off due to weather conditions such as a hurricane. That was very nice of Steve to get it set up for you so you could water the plants. Steve you are the best!!! Keep supporting your wife, Marie. I love how both of you work together to get things done

Good afternoon Marie n Steve much blessings it’s very hot here in Connecticut hiding from the heat inside I have a big garden 🪴 in my backyard planted red beans but this animal named wood chuck ground hog eating all the leaves 🍃
i’m in NY going thru the same thing, deer, rabbit, woodchuck, squirrels you name it!

You can also put the beans in a paper towel and a container and keep it wet and they will germinate then you can plant them that way as well

Do you always buy tomato seeds? because I always plant seeds from tomatoes I purchase even cucumber etc. But it's a challenge getting these seeds to do well

I live in GA and I planted 3 lemon trees in pots last yr, blueberries, tomatoes. But girl I never know smaddy could plant yam in a pot. 😅 U the best. The blue berry will survive the winter but I will have to put the lemon tree in a little green houseit and the rosemary. Me a guh try de yam this yr. Glad I found your channel last mth enjoy all ur videos

Marie, where yuh get yuh dirt from to start your garden? I have some of their red and green little plums I want to plant the seed to see what happens. The gungo and the scotch bonnet just won't grow for me in GA. Some people get it going but it dont like me at all
First set of dirt we collected off the side of the road by the highway
@@FarmingOnTheRocksLawd misses don't blame you. 😂 Also I plant running mint in a hanging pot and hang it up between my tomatoes, the mint love the shade and they help keep insects away. Just never pant mint in the ground they are invasive.
