Fairly new to your channel, came across it one day and started bingeing your videos ever since. Your personality is so infectious, and so calming. I love tuning in and going on an adventure with you. I am obsessed with gardening but does not have much space, so seeing you successfully grow foods in containers is an inspiration to me. I have also started growing in containers, tires and raised beds and I absolutely love the results I am seeing. For 2025 my goal is to grow my very first strawberry plants, grow grape vines, and grow an orange or tangerine tree. I purchased all of the above this morning, and have planted the Tangerine in the ground. But the others would be grown in containers. I am intimidated by the grapes and strawberries. But I am eager to try, even if I fail. I will keep trying. Thank your for your influence. I really appreciate your videos, and I thoroughly enjoy every minute of it.

I saw a few people using baking soda, dish soap and oil combined with water to rid them self of pest. You could look into it and see if its best for you

Ms. Marie, there is hard neck and soft neck garlic - research the difference and identify what you have and try accordingly. Putting garlic in the fridge for a few months before planting is recommended. Garlic need to develop a good root system to get big cloves. The bigger cloves you plant, the bigger garlic you will get. Keep making adjustments as you try again.

Marie you battle pest but I battle iguana 🦎 they eat everything, thankGod for my fur baby dog he run them but I’m afraid they hit him with their tail. We all got something to battle but your garden look lovely be blessed.

I'd like to know. Do the naseberry, ackee, soursop and pear trees grow in contains as well?

You just have to plant more in order to reap a better harvest. All ihat i have read concerning the vernalization period states 6-8 weeks. And stipulates planting in October fòr June harvest or January for a september harvest. Maybe we can play the role of observers and tweek the growing cycle to suit our climatic conditions.

I wouldn't call it a semi fail, it is a small victory. You got something out of what you planted. I on the other hand lost all 41 heads of garlic through drowning in the heavy rains. Continue to plant them even if what you get is uni bulbs at least you know what you are getting.
