    Boat is very nice
    Once I bought a neckband and left earbud stopped working after 11 months I claimed warranty and I got the replacement after returning the old.

    Boat customer care is truly nice. Even they accepted my replacement for my boat storm pro which was broken by in an accident. But they didn't ask anything and accepted it without any call.

    Similar happened with me but with Noise I brought a smart watch for my mom to gift her on her Birthday. But to the surprise there was no dial rest was there and I thought gaya paani me paisa and product but still I emailed them (without any hope) and in few hours I got similar response to share photos and a small unboxing video. And the next day the customer care person called me and i told him the details and got a bit emotional as this was the first time I was buying a smartwatch for my mother. He apolozised and said he'll process the needfull and same day on evening I got the email they will replace the product free of cost and same will be shipped in next 24hrs, but it was shipped the next morning and in 3 days I recieved the watch finally but... But with a surprise note from Noise team... Wishing my mother a belated birthday and apologizing for the inconvenienced and at the bottom they gave us a code to extend warranty for 6 months extra. That was soo sweet and never heard service I had with noise.

    I experienced something similar but with Amazon - the small connector of less price that I ordered was missing altogether from some dirty plastic pouch. I had to vindicate my valuable customer history to get the refunded amount as I had literally nothing to show as proof 😊

    I purchased Boat Airdopes and after three months of use, they stopped working properly. I claimed the warranty, and a replacement was sent out, but the delivery agent failed to deliver it to me twice, returning it to the pickup station instead. Frustrated, I reached out to the company via email, hoping for a resolution. To my surprise, they responded promptly and accepted my request, finally delivering the replacement product. While the initial delivery issues were disappointing, I appreciate the company's customer service for stepping in and resolving the situation.

    The customer care is very quick responsive. And its not only if you are an influencer or youtuber . They are pretty good at their job. Once my watch had stopped working before the 1 yr warranty and when i emailed them about the issue with all the photographs and videos they had sent me a new one within 3 days.So yeah the customer care is actually good.

    This also happened with me when I bought boat earphones from croma. I really had to argue with them to get another one. Because a reason like this is hard to believe in the first place.

    Warrenty claim of BoAt is very good but the sound quality may diffrent as compared to other brands. I claimed many times within the warrenty period.

    I raised a request for customer care, mentioning their issue with the left side volume, and they rejected the request saying your right bud has a gap, so it can't be replaced, even after buy additional warranty and service package, to be honest their service and product quality has been degraded.

    My Customer care experience of the boat was damm good. I have purchased a BT speaker which was having 2 years of warranty and it was showing charging issues after 18 month so I mailed to boat and my speaker got replaced with a brand new speaker.

    I've had a bad experience with them. I bought Nirvana Ion ANC. And after using it for like 2 months, the right one side stopped working. They said it will take 20-25 days to confirm whether to replace or not. I threw it away. Never going to buy Boat products ever again

    I had a very bad experience with Amazon.
    I ordered for a SSD which has a higher MRP but they delivered a lower version of SSD which had a very low price. I reached out to customer care but they didn't helped. It was a non returnable product so they can't even take it back. The mistake i did was that i didn't make the unboxing video.
    I am really very disappointed by amazon and will never buy products from there.

    Boat की service बहुत बढ़िया है।
    Last year maine Neckband लिया था वारंटी से 10 दिन पहले charging problem आ गई थी मैंने complain किया तो अगले दिन ही ले गए check करने के बाद मुझे email आया कि रिप्लेस करके दूसरा भेजा जा रहा है जिसमे टोटल 1 हफ्ते से भी कम समय में सब हो गया और वारंटी टाइम भी over हो गया।कहीं कोई बकचोदी नही और न ही कोई पैसा लिया पुराने वाले के कई पार्ट थे तो उसे भी वापस नही लिया।

    I bought a boat 331 neckband in 2021 and it was a new product launched by boat but unfortunately after 4 months it stopped working...I changed it 3 times in a year within the warranty period though it always took 15-20 days but they responded and picked and delivered. They said ki 331 series had some fault so they stopped making that and at last they gave me other bluetooth neckband with one boat wired earphones.

    My experience with the boat is totally different I purchased Neckband and kuch mother board issue ki vajah se vo itna jyada heat ho raha tha ki uska rubber melt hona chalu hua ( within 1 month of purchase) then maine replacement ke liye request dal di. After 2-3 days mujhe mail aya because of physical damage your claim is rejected. Then I called the boat customer care and I talked with them and explained the actual issue and they said it's not the company's fault. It comes under the physical damage. Then I just commented on aman Gupta's Instagram post. just after 1 hr I got a message from their social media uske bad sab kuch unhe explain karne ke bad mujhe finally replacement mil gya 🎉 par bohot time waste kiya approximately 7-9 days lag gaye ye sare jhamele mai

    Bilkul karab company h Maine buds mangaye thee 1 year ki warrant thee 5 month mein awaaz anaa baand ho gayi warranty claim ka form bhara toh reject kar deya bola invoice date galat h lekin date sahi thee 2 3 baar karaa phir mail ayaa you are not illegible to claim because same invoice date use many times aise karke koi claim nahi deyaa aur maine bhoot mail kar deya koi satisfaction wala reply nahi ayaa abb warenty mein hotee huee bhee nahi change karwa skata buds ko lekin consumer court mein file karunga online bhoot jalddd 🙌🏼😡

    People keep talking crap about Boat. My experience has been incredibly good with them. I purchased a rockerz headphone. I called for a replacement in the 11th month because battery life was reduced. I did not have a box or any of the accessories. Guess what they still replaced it. For the price you pay the products are decent. I have used JBL, sony, airpods and I can confidently say boat is good.

    Boat rocker 255 not 6 months old magnect not working.and after reset also not working .i haven the amazon but that invoice for the same ..not got replacement.sl number is not at Amazon invoice ..so number box is not with me after 3 months ..

    Boat replacement is genuine, they don't play any drama, even they pickup the product from home, if location is unreachable, they ask us to submit product at near by customer care.

    RUclipsr treatment is different but, as compared brands like fireboltt, noise boat's customer care is good

    Mere sath bhi hua tha 2 months pehle pure 40 din laga diya tha inhone wo bhi kitni baar call or mail karne par.tab last me de diya 😂
