July 12 2023 , after waiting almost 50 years along with my wife i finally got to ride to Silverton, the experience pulled me from near depression! This video captures why. Thank you.
Beautifully videoed and nicely edited! Music was well done. We have ridden this train many times since the mid 1970’s as we live in the area. It’s been interesting to see the changes and improvements through the years.
I really like this video, especially the use of drone shots. They provide fresh perspectives for this often photographed railroad. My only criticism is the over saturation of color. I suspect it may be due partially to use of a UV filter. Anyway, great job of bringing a new look at the DS&NG!
Thanks for the kudos. The color is seemingly a problem due to the LUTs I am using to punch up the color. When I preview them, I’m guessing it’s because I’m looking at the scenery before the train and it looks fine. Unfortunately, the coaches in shadow bring this color grading problem to the forefront. I’ll need to find some way to tweak the yellow some more
great footage of a great railway

Visually stunning, and the colours are amazing.

Drones have been a wonderful addition to photography. Makes you feel like you are flying through this great scenery.
What a stunning Video, earned a subscription❤ . Thank you so very much!
Awesome, thank you!
As always you have made an awesome video. The drone has really opened my eyes as to the beauty of line, a very different perspective.

The music is so loud that I can't understand your voiced messages in some places.
