Thanks for the review. Interesting with the ice cream use - definitely gonna try that.
Here's a few additional thoughts on this hot sauce: I find this hot sauce to be unbalanced and it goes too overboard on the sweet and slow. The best combination I found for this sauce was sharp cheese and/or tomato pesto. Not too big fan of this sauce though (the blueberry-ghostpepper combination is strangely upsetting for the stomach).
