I did it!
Started this journey with a 4:10:15 at the beginning of August and here we are now! Very proud and satisfied of this time. 4:04 is definitely possible, maybe even 4:03, but that might be for another time.

Great run my friend. I was playing DKC 2 back in the day with my uncle and he was showing me every single bonus barrel and DK coin location since he knew them by heart. Good memories.
Your uncle is based and has great taste in video games.
So fun fact about DKC1, there's two 3ups at the exit of Jungle Hijinx, but you gotta be quick to find the autofire barrel that fires you into them before they float away.
For those who don't know, Squawks is your puzzle piece radar in Returns, you "adopt" him from Cranky at the shop for a level...
