- Transformation into Custom Home Theater Tour. JVC, KEF, Screen Innovations. Full Room Makeover.
Full walkthrough of a custom room we took from a storage room to a gorgeous multipurpose space with 133" Home Theater and full Pool table game room with bar area. Enough room for THOUSANDS of Blu Rays. Such a cool projector for a really fun and amazing client. The best kinds of projects. But we take anything...and make it anything you can imagine. Enjoy.

That wallpaper on the ceiling is gorgeous!
Till we had to move projector.lol. All good though. We're custom.
Looks great 👍
Thanks 👍
Gorgeous workmanship! Keep it up. The intro was great as well 😊
Thanks so much.
Nice space… that media cabinet not being the same dimension as the screen would drive my OCD crazy!! I stand making room for the speakers overall great job
Thanks. I wanted the subs in it too but client didn't. CAn't win all the arguments ...like a wife.
Very nice
Thanks
Beautiful! Surprised there’s not much absorption or diffusion panels though. To each their own I suppose!
Interior designers aren't into that...so don't be surprised. lol
The gold trim matches the gold ring on the projector. Very nice room.
I think so too! Thanks for the comment.
Unless I missed it, you guys didn't show anything about the audio part of the Home Theater. I like to see what drive the speakers that are installed.
Marantz 6015 Drives the theater. Nothing crazy.
I've been looking at ideas for deco for the room I'm going to be using for a theater at home soon and im going to follow this setup as this looks really great. The wall paint, ceiling wallpaper and the carpet makes a great combo.
would you mind providing the length and width from the seating area to the front wall ?
Glad it helped.
Seating is 13'. Screen is 133". Width is 14' I think. Weird ceilings though.
What sealing would you suggest?

This is a great multi-purpose room and since a lot of us work from home these days that desk and projector would be put to great use. Few personal niggles. The bench in front of the right speaker would drive me nuts. Obviously it can be moved. Yes those speaker grills would have to come off. Are the ceiling grills and duct vent being painted? Went through the trouble of painting the shutters, I would paint those. I saw the JVC and chuckled. lol. From where the room came from it’s a great transformation.
I agree some choices were his....being his house. the grills will be painted just did the video first. Have to shoot...when I can shoot...lol.
That is a gorgeous room and the work is spectacular especially considering the challenges.
What color is the paint?
Not sure. It's a very dark navy.
@@TheaterAdvice_FCAV indeed. I have a room that would look great with that color (or something close to it
Naval SW 6244
@@TheaterAdvice_FCAV oh wow! Thank you!!!
Which one to choose for a dark room SI Black diamond 1.4 or slate 1.2 Over Elite CineGrey 4D,Get Confused,Clear boss
BD is always the winner up to 120" but more money too so it's not just about what's best. Depends on if it's in the budget. Slate is a phenomenal material in a dark room. Watch my screen videos...I cover it all in detail .
Surround speakers in front of listening spot?
Should I have put them in the bar area? Lol. Yes they are slightly forward. That’s where they could go in this shape room.
