Seeet! Thanks everyone that voted for my room (number 29). The images used in the original video were during a bunch of upgrades, and the room does look cleaner. I’ve also got most things ready to go to install an actual server rack.
And, I pre ordered the NZ9. I was one of the first, so I’m told I’ll get one from the first shipment. Fingers crossed.
Lastly, I also upgraded my screen to a Stewart 150. It was a massive improvement.
I'm going to go with 24. The bar, the bar stools, the pool table... I had a lot of space to work with and I suppose I could have done some kind of combination game room/theater like this but I dedicated almost 100% of my available space to the theater. I made the choice and I'm happy with it but a part of me will always be just a little envious of combination rooms like this.
i guess can't always win but as long as you love your space thats what counts. Just don't have regrets. Thanks for the vote my friend and speak soon😉

I’ve got to go with 35. I love the size of that room and the clean look. We also happen to have identical equipment in our racks! I have likes and dislikes about all of these rooms, but 35 is the one.

My pick is 28 because it reminds me of an old school real theater without all the distractions, just some serious movie watching in that room!
But if brownie points count I would say that that 31 is on point as well 😉🍻😉 seems very familiar and almost like being home 😉🍻😉

My vote is for #35. It's just so calming and clearly has that theater feel that I would want. I do like #32 too with the combination of theater seating and couches for relaxing. They're all great though.

21 and 24 look nice. 24 has the hidden door to get behind the rack which is a fantastic idea. I think 30 might hold the best performance.

Gotta go with #29. I like the simplicity of the room design, not stuffed with collectibles and shelves of movies. The colors are classic and has a look of an old cinema from the 50's without being in your face.
It also happened to have some of the best gear available. Legacy Audio is my endgame speakers and when you have six 12" woofers in just your LCR, you know you have gone big. Throw in the "endgame Trinnov Processor that I will never be able to afford and the sound in that room is second to none. Only a few rooms in the country could beat it.
I will say, the classic clean design was the main reason I chose it, I told my self not to just pick the most expensive one but the one you wanted to sit in every night and #29 happens to have both!!

I'm a statue collector and that thor is beautiful ✨ , but i think the best room is the third one, i love the marvel & movie acoustic panels, i love marvel and that would be a dream to own

I'm going to go against grain here and go with #26. Whilst it still looks amazing, compared to the rest it isn't the biggest head turner and by far not the most expensive and powerful.
But what gets it over the line for me is the fact that it's an AirBnB and open for others to enjoy. Staying in countless Airbnb's over the year's, not one of them had a theatre room. Every home theatre tour vid on YT has their own amazing personal touches with the owners taste, but to a viewer on a RUclips video (me) viewing it on the screen is as close as we'll get (unless you know the person who owns it 😋)
The fact that it's accessible for other people to enjoy because they've put the effort in to make it a service, it's just a real champion & boss move that shouldn't be ignored. That's my 2 cents 🙂

All of them! LOL. After careful consideration, love the red and black decor and klipsch/krix setup of 31, Love the carpet and 90s vibes of 33 BUT damn this is difficult 35 looks pretty sweet. So 35 by a whisker.

All awesome rooms except for the Horror room, I like the movies but the masks would creep me out after a while
