FACTS
He hints he was hungover like he says “we’ll go with that” and says “yea defiantly wasn’t over served”
Keep in mind he did that for literal years. After a while that sort of thing becomes routine. Even without being hungover AF, I could easily see him being able to sleep under there- no problem.
It's not that hard, especially when you're on the road and probably already sleeping in some weird places as it is, your body just finds a place it can be like "We clocking off, buh-bye!" and out you go

Generally from what I hear, when wrestling court happens for reasons that aren’t largely based around jealousy or dislike, if you admit you messed up and buy some alcohol, you’re good.

I play music, rock, metal, whatever, its usually loud. Back in the 80s and 90s I would be working 1-2 jobs and still playing in bands getting about 8 hours of sleep A WEEK, so I get it when your constantly on the move. One day in rehearsal, and I would not believe this if they didnt have it on video ( god knows where that is now) I fell asleep in the middle of a song, I was sitting, but I didnt miss a note. They put a microphone under my nose and I was snoring. So Mr Hornswoggle, I feel ya man,.

Taker would not kill a career over something like this. Even if Hornswoggle didn't own up it's a single incident and Taker would get him to pay in some way.
If this was something that kept happening that would be different.
Same if it put someone in danger of injury or death, then Taker might get the person axed.
From what many people have said, Taker was a business guy in the best sense possible. He did what was best for business, not money, that is the distinction. This business needs talent, you don't get rid of talent unless they hurt the business, but you also don't let the talent go unchecked.

The amount of fear and power Taker had in WWE makes you wonder at what point he stops being like a policeman and more like a bully.
Well taker never crossed that line there’s hundreds of stories from ppl like the miz,randy orton, Cody Rhodes ect of taker protecting them in locker room beefs. Unlike Shawn Michaels and triple H who abused their fame behind the scenes there’s never been anything to suggest taker took that extra step.

loads of things can go wrong, all it takes is for one guy to screw up when they put the ring up.
i've seen one of the ropes coming off the turnbuckle in a match where it clearly wasn't planned, just one guy got irish whipped and pop it went and the guys weren't exactly heavyweights either.

the oddest thing happen to me at the hurrsey park arena at a wwe show i went for treats was mowed over a security guy for a pro wrestler got me a pizza & drink for 2 me and my ex wife your relation got this for you( years later a l0ng time later undertaker brother kane related to me ) i was adopted my father known to work a a boat factory ( i heard my step uncles telling each other you must tell gregg his father high up there) ok in 1963 i found he asked court to have info on me threw my mothers uncle! brother to my step father! the man most related to me in the family! the low firm said this to me! i went saw relation to wood he said glen Jacobs is in the line i am in! he said his mother had father die young got remarried!
