We had Marshall Freakshow Johnson on the podcast a couple of times, but this was just a prelude to his wife Kathy! We sit down and talk about so many different things such as her strength career, having a young daughter competing in powerlifting, and about craniosacral therapy. The idea for this podcast started with her considering that craniosacral therapy might help my sleep issues. I was not aware of this therapy so we thought it would be fun to speak about it on a podcast. Lots of interesting knowledge getting tossed around in this episode.
