    In this special edition of Live & ticking for World Menopause Day, discover the BHF-funded research looking into how the mechanisms behind menopause could be linked to heart health, as well as advice and information about menopause.
    Event speakers:
    Fearghal McKinney - Head of BHF Northern Ireland hosts this edition and puts viewer questions to our panel of experts.
    Clare Knox - Founder and CEO of See Her Thrive talks about the organisation which is dedicated to menstrual health, menopause awareness, gender equity, and women's wellbeing.
    Carolyn Hodge - BHF supporter discusses having a heart attack at the age of 56 while going through the menopause, and why she’s keen to raise awareness of heart disease risks to women.
    Yianna Theodorou - BHF Senior Research Engagement Officer helps to navigate through Carolyn’s story.
    Dr Kirsty Roberts - BHF-funded researcher at Liverpool John Moores University talks about her research into understanding the mechanisms behind menopausal hot flushes, and how this is linked to heart and circulatory disease.
