The park is the best golf course I've every played. This is the way golf should go in terms of playability, community, and architecture!
I'd counter with Charleston Muni in South Carolina or CommonGround GC in Colorado as the way municipal golf should go...both offer similar community connections as the Park does, both have architectural interest, both are very playable (although Muni is no pushover), but neither Muni nor CommonGround charge ANYONE more than $80 to play.

Very impressed. …definitely opposite to most golf where it seems sand off the tee is avoided and greens are over guarded with sand; which it’s great to be different.
At first glance Personally I would add a few more green side bunkers just to give green sites more uniqueness and a few more big trees framing corners on tee shots.
But this is extremely beautiful. Extremely tactical. Looks like a sublime test of golf for any level. Hope the prices are great.
Looked up rates for fun...looks like locals can play for as low as $60, but out of state player fees rise up to around $230.
