The list of plays and cards dealt seems off. You will always have a discard and one other card.

Can runs be longer than 4? Can you add cards to your melds when going out???

Cards can be added to melds once they have been dropped, so runs can be longer than four. You can add cards to your melds when going out.

at 3:01, the player to your left draws the queen of hearts but does not discard. Is there a reason for this?

Nice catch! That player should have discarded. At that point in the video, I used a voice recording over stock video.
