- The decision has been made...It's time to give the Honda CRZ it's first (and last) interior detail in my ownership. In this video, I give you some of my Interior Detailing Tips and Tricks before selling a car. So let's do some Rubbin' AND Scrubbin' to deep clean the interior of this cool Honda Hybrid!
After a lot of thought and positive points made by my audience, I've decided to begin prepping the Honda CRZ for sale. Sheds tear. As much as I love this car, it makes the most sense for myself and the channel to part ways with it. So today, we get started with a FULL interior detail to freshen up the car for a future owner. Detailing is what I do best, and a detailed interior makes all the difference when selling a car. I walk you through my products and procedures to get the biggest transformation.
Through a combination of steam detailing and the use of an extractor, I think the small amount of fabrics in the car turned out great. The plastics were treated with an interior cleaner with plenty of brush work for the cracks and crevices. Due to how long the car sat for, all the plastics needed a legit UV inhibitor dressing to darken the look and keep them moisturized. Overall, I think the interior turned out fantastic and I only wish I did it sooner!
In the upcoming video, we'll be knocking out a full exterior paint correction and ceramic coating. At that point I'll probably be pinching myself with how good this car can look. I'll continue to enjoy every minute of this car until its sold and I appreciate ALL of your feedback in my previous video.

Greetings from Ukraine! Very sad to know that you decided to sell your CR-Z. I also own one, but mine is manual with leather seats and a panoramic roof. Amazing daily driver especially considering the fuel crisis we have (more than half of the gas stations don't have any fuel, but it's getting better). When running from war I averaged ~56 mpg for a 500-mile trip west. It was very inspiring to finally find great, high-quality content about CR-Z. Now we have a lot more important things to care about but I hope that the war will be over soon and I will be able to modify my CR-Z to look as amazing as yours. Peace!

My son has a CRZ, sounds the same as yours, manual, with panoramic roof and leather interior (called GT spec here in the U.K.)
Highly recommend upgrading the wheels to 17” - my lad found some Civic type R EP3 wheels, which we refurbished in Honda white - they really pop against the Blue (same colour as Anthony’s) bodywork, and are a perfect fit (correct offset etc.)
Plans are upgraded brakes (Type S are a straight swap), then either super, or turbo charger - centre exit exhaust, and a few other bits and bobs.
If I didn’t already run a Z of my own (370Z), I’d happily run a gently modded CRZ!

@@ghostsgarage2964 cuz it didn't get as many views as expected, for the most part, to keep putting mony into it. What he fails to understand is the crz is kinda a rare care to see on the road and many don't even know of this cars existence. I never even heard of this car until I was looking through car sites to get a new car and came across the crz. I was wanting a hatchback and was looking at the Ford focus, I believe, and came across the crz and the more I looked at it the more I knew I had to have it. I bought it and love it and I'm going to put a body kit on it, get it painted, already put new wheels and coilovers on it, replaced the rotors with drilled and slotted ones, put a cold air intake on it, see how to turbo charge it, put racing seats in it, and get the doors and roof reupholstered. Also going to see if I can make a side exit exhaust. Sorry for the rant 😅
Seriously always impressed with your builds. Ram, civic, and now the CRZ. You're inspiring a whole new group of car guys with doing things smart, clean, and not racing on a credit card. If anyone was getting into the hobby of cars, they couldn't do much better than how you set up your rides. Can't wait till what you work on next.
Clean as hell, as usual. Your car detailing videos are so satisfying. By the time you’re done with the paint correction I won’t want to see it gone ether 😂 but I think the work you put into the car was just the right amount for the platform.

sheesh! the interior looks brand new after that deep clean! also i'm pretty sad to see the CRZ go since I personally love that model haha I remember seeing one of my friends owning one back in high school and it was modified tastefully and looks so nice! and I know one day Imma own one and make it a comfy and nice looking daily, great video Anthony!

A little trick I do when cleaning interior is roll down whatever windows that will go down so you don’t have to worry about getting product on the glass. Now however if you know you’re going to be cleaning the glass as well then disregard

Interior looks amazing. I’ll have to give that interior cleaner a shot. I’ve used just about all the top name brands. Have you compared the TS to 303? It’s my go to for that sleek OEM look and protection.
Awesome job on cleaning the interior! Got a bit scared with you spraying cleaner directly on the dash close to the electronics tho..
I am sure something from Payette Brewing Company would taste better than that Blue Moon Anthony. I am very pleased that you are using some KCX products in this detail because it gives an alternative to other greats products. Although this car may be a bit different than your white Civic build it shows you've had a lot of fun with this project and this is the perfect time for someone else to enjoy the car even more.

Thinking of getting a CRZ.. did you check the hybrid battery and if so how did you check if it's good or need to be replaced?
