This one is completely in my comfort zone, I've been doing a lot of developer work & client projects lately, so I wanted a little break where I can just focus on not too muhc research and bash out a classic forest scene like I used to, like I said comfort zone.
It turned out to be one of my favourite illustrations, I think going over and working out of my comfrot zone for so long has made me a better artist in general and thus my strongest stuff gets better too.
It was a real pleasure to paint from start to finish, inspired by some of my favourite artists like; Izzy Burton, Floriane Marchix and Simon Kopp.
And yes, it is a 2-tailed-fox!

Besides that, the colours and light work are beautiful, man
I loved the cartoon/games characteristics on the forms though, I even think its perfectly matched to the realistic vibes that other aspects bring to it

This is a favourite piece of mine, I think it captures everything I am about! I was inspired by my favourite artist to make this! If I can inspire others with it then I love what I do!
Cool! Do you mostly use the lasso tool to paint your environments? I want to get into environment art too but I suck at it rn
Hey Kofiro, I do use it a lot, I think it is a animation thing, as in, needing the background the be as basic as possible, but I use it for all sorts of things, getting hard edges, clear shapes I use it like a pencil sometimes too! As will all things my friend, practice and try to see what I do in my videos and my comments on the side!

What did you use to record your process ?
Hey Eddy, I used OBS studio, I think that is the most popular video recording for the general person. BTW Great Mugen videos! I am so glad Mugen is still alive and well, I used to record and create characters for it with my brother, I occasionally visit his old RUclips chanel which contains all our old Mugen fights and tests
can i ask what brushes do u use ?
I use my brush set which will be going up soon as part of my course, you ll notice it on my instagram and youtube etc
