Why did you do the grayscale in the beginning? Do you use it as a multiply layer later on or was it just to get a general idea of the lights direction?
I think with this one it was just a general ideea of the lighting, so a simple lighting key yes

how do you get the color palette
artzoo I think I worked it out off camera, it would just be sampling my other works, or I might have got it from my palette section. I use these colours a lot! :)
Hi! Can i ask…are you using photoshop? And if so do you use the default brushes?
I use brushes that are so close to the default they might as well be haha there's nothing special going on here with brushes :) Yes, photoshop :)
