That icon that marked you in the beginning is Ongoing Directive set,you bleed and take more amp dmg depending on what type of bullets the user have,hollow point give him and his team 20% amp dmg to any target at any range,or parabellum rounds giving him 35% amp dmg (20% amp dmg to his team) 🎉🎉🎉🎉 2nd best gearset for support after Future initiative,hope that helps
