- If making mods to your Bronco is something you plan on doing, then, the Superchip Flashcal is what you need to change the Ford Bronco's Computer.

The Flashcal makes the following adjustments for the 2021+ Ford Bronco 2.3L and 2.7L.
• Speedometer adjust for Tire Size 28.25 - 36.25"
• Fog Lights: enable "Bambi Mode" for simultaneous use of fog lights with high-beams
• Headlamps Position Setting: option for headlamps to return to "Auto Lamps" or remain at last known position
• Auto Lights Delay: duration headlights illuminate after driver exit, 0, 5, 10, 20, 60, or 120 s.
• Daytime Running Light disable or enable
• TPMS Disable, for off-road wheels and tires
• Independent TPMS threshold: Front and rear axles can be set differently from 1- 90 psi.
• Auto Start/Stop Disable: Remains off with every restart, and can be reenabled with the Flashcal any time
• Silent Mode: Turns off most cabin and exterior lights, and door chime with open door, ignition chime remains
• Honk Warning Disable: 2-honk warning when driver exits running vehicle with key fob
• Lock Feedback Lights: Enables hazard blink with unlock command
• Auto Unlock: Vehicle unlocks with ignition off
• Auto Lock: Disables factory setting to lock doors when vehicle is in motion
• Auto Relock: Disables factory setting to re-lock doors 45 seconds after unlocking
• Remote Unlock: Option to trigger all doors or just driver door
• Remote Start: Selects engine run time duration for 0, 5, 10, 15 mins

I bought a flashcal Superchip and it rocks, so easy to use. The tires were interesting I had my tires and lift kit installed by Ford and they said they were 35s they are not. I had to set the chip to 34 tire size to get my speedometer set correctly. I used my GPS and it was right on the money at 34 on the Superchip. I bought the Forscan first and never did get it running correctly.

From the videos I've seen on Forscan, it seems like it does a lot more, but it's a lot more difficult to do. Seems like this is at the very least a great first step into modifications and programming.
Forscan does more, but most of the things people don’t need. This gets the basic needs done and is a code reader! Far better in my opinion 😀
Right. Plus you can use it to do a proper 5th wheel rotation since it has the TPMS programmer in it.
ah, I would have got this back in the day but now I have Forscan. But good idea/product!
I wish they came out with this long ago, Forscan was not my favorite.

Well the double honk can be a bother, but I want to add the Sport mode to my Badlands. It seems this does not do that, so one day I will have to try forescan.
I bought the warranty. If im throwing a check engine code its going back. .for the double honk , and on off its worth it alone. Too bad it dont put more lower to the rear speakers. .and if u bring it in for service, u can change it back. I wish u woukd have shown biw the arrows work and how u select functions but i will figure it out. .thanks again for a great video

Was able to turn off double honk on my 2023 Bronco Raptor. Unable to change auto shut off, but I use Raptor mode to do that.
I know some people have had issues getting the auto start stop to work with Forscan , there is actually two places to disable it and then it works.
where are the two places?
@@robertwarner3191 I can not remember the exact heading in Forscan but there was one place that videos said to change , and then there is another location I think in the same place you change goat modes. Can not remember for sure atm , but there is a disable in two spots. I believe one spot disables the PCM and the other spot disables the actual switch and what it connects too.

This is good for basic stuff but seems expensive for what I would change (double honk, auto start). But with forscan this can be done along with adding goat modes to each bronco along with so much more. If this product did that, I'd buy it.
Krista this honestly doesn't have nearly the functionality of FORSCAN. It is good for a newbie who wants convenience, but at $199, you are not saving money.
I can get a crappy laptop ($99 on newegg) and OBD-II adapter ($22 on Amazon) for under $200, and the initial FORSCAN license is FREE ($12/year after).
What I would recommend is the VXDIAG VCX Nano with FORSCAN. It's a more expensive interface at $119, but also will allow you to run FDRS as well as FORSCAN, that with a refurbished newegg laptop for $99, gets you a lot more capability for $218 (before discount coupons etc).
I know it doesn’t have as much functionality, but what I need it for and most others, it’s less intimidating and user friendly. Not all of us are super savvy like you lol next time I’ll call you over to do all that fancy stuff to mine… deal?! 😂😂 Mpeugeot on the go for bronco service

I keep seeing more and more Broncos just plain dead.
No juice to anything in the Bronco.
Seems many have to have it towed in and most people don’t know how to get the automatic transmission into neutral so it can be towed.
How about a video on how to get the boot off so you can put the shifter into neutral when we have no juice. Thought it would be helpful !

But I didn't see you have the option for Bambi Mode. So thats a downside. But I'd say it's worth it for the Tire size changing and also the Double honk delete (🤬 that stupid thing pisses me off) as well as the Auto start/stop elimination.
It does have Bambi mode, it’s not called that in there though
Will this violate your SMOG at California? Cali is super sensitive now about ECM mods. If there is a trace smog won’t happen.

I need a Forscan for my audio system. The rear speakers are wired to play highs only. I was told to have the dealership Forscan it to be able to play lows?
I am not sure on that one as I have never done that.

Does this work on multiple vehicles? I finally have my bronco but my sister doesn't have hers yet also my dad is going to order one when the order banks open again. Was going to get forescan since I'm the tech of the family (Deere) but is this the better option?
Unfortunately, it’s vin specific and can only be used on one vehicle.
Wish this had the ability to add GOAT modes, the. It would be any auto buy.

Looks like it can do basic stuff that the Procal4 can do. Easier than Forscan but way less funcionality.
So it was kinda unclear. This gives me Bambi mode with the fog lights on with high beams like I can do with forescan? Also I know u had an issue with auto start stop disabling with forescan. Does it disable it the same way or does it disable it like the auto stop eliminator? I'd rather get this for an extra hundred bucks if it works the same. Thanks.
It does do Bambi mode, this also turns off the auto start stop feature.
No goat mode unlock though...
I put 37s on my bronco and my speedo is now accurate
How about recalibrating the speakers after changing all the stock speakers?

I have heard that they haven’t unlocked all the functions yet for 23.
