Behind the head shoulder press feels good for me but doing regular shoulder press causes pain in my shoulders. Does anyone else experience this? Bringing my elbows in rather than keeping them aligned with my torso helps with the pain but, I also feel like the weight/strain begins to shift from my shoulders to my triceps. Is there anything else I can do to adjust/fix my form?
